College Football Coaches Poll: USA Today ranks teams with toughest schedules based on Top 25 by Brian Jones

This is a sobering stat - "The team is entering Year 3 with head coach Jeff Lebby and is looking for multiple SEC wins for the first time since 2022."

Also something I heard on Out of Left Field - if we don't win an SEC home game this season - there will be 4 year graduates of Mississippi State that never saw an SEC home game win.

Arkansas is the only SEC team we have beaten since 2023 and this year they are not on the schedule. We have a shot though with Missouri, Vandy, and Auburn at home.

I don’t even have to look at the poll to bet that we haven’t scheduled a game against our selves.

It was that way in 1966, 67, 68 and 69.
