I like it. We will get to see if the experiment works or fails. If it fails, we will get to see the cost, or at least the cost that isn't hidden or rationalized. We have gotten to see the cost of different programs in California, but they seem to be content with the outcomes. Fortunately everyone doesn't have to be content with those outcomes. Government at the state and local level is best.
