Prosecutors cited defective installation of the liner. The guy clearly pulled pieces of it out of the water. Previous presidents spent over 30 million taxpayer dollars to try to fix the pool.
The guy is gonna sue the hell out of the government for this sham. Just an ounce of accountability on something as trivial as a damn reflecting pool is not too much to expect.
