5 transfer portal targets Gonzaga should pursue after NCAA eligibility ruling
A judge in Colorado granted a preliminary injunction for every student-athlete in the 2022 class on Friday evening, immediately flooding the college basketball
Yeah feels like our best bet at a stud is a combo forward who can start next to MM. Zoom, Wilkins and Malachi are probably already locked into their starting spots. Although it would be nice to have an elite PG to battle with Zoom but that would be a tough sell. Why would he come here?
Zoom is way better than you think. Lee is not the answer here.I’d be very happy with that. Point is the most important position in CBB and, frankly, I’m not yet convinced that Zoom is the answer. Zoom was the erratic poor-shooting point for underachieving losing teams at UW. Whereas Lee was a starter on a Number 1 seed at UF.
So why would anyone not want to add a proven guard like Lee?
100%Zoom is way better than you think. Lee is not the answer here.
I know we might be better off with another forward ,but xaivian would be hard to pass on for that final #16![]()

He padded some stats in the Ivy League, but proved to not be good enough for the SEC.Would have loved to have him last year instead of Aberdeen. His highlights from Princeton were insane, wasn't happy he was a gator
Did you see Lee at Florida last season? He was the weak point on a loaded roster and the reason why Florida lost in the 2nd round of the tournament. He’s an Ivy League player, not an SEC caliber PG.I’d be very happy with that. Point is the most important position in CBB and, frankly, I’m not yet convinced that Zoom is the answer. Exactly and no decent back up point guard againI’d be very happy with that. Point is the most important position in CBB and, frankly, I’m not yet convinced that Zoom is the answer. Jaxon Kohler gives us badly needed rebounding PLUS he shoots close to 40% from the threeAre we confident Morton or Noah can knock down 2-3 threes a game in 12-15 minutes off the bench? If no, need to find someone who can. Feels like a gaping hole right now.
Exactly and no decent back up point guard again
2025-26 Shooting splits: Zoom- 48.9/31.5/82.5 at 15.7 ppg, Lee- 42/29.2/76.5 at 11.6 ppg.I’d be very happy with that. Dude you can’t show facts it hurts their feelings!2025-26 Shooting splits: Zoom- 48.9/31.5/82.5 at 15.7 ppg, Lee- 42/29.2/76.5 at 11.6 ppg.
Florida gonna CHOMP to #4, and could get #5 if the front court comes back for a fifth year.Did you see Lee at Florida last season? He was the weak point on a loaded roster and the reason why Florida lost in the 2nd round of the tournament. He’s an Ivy League player, not an SEC caliber PG.
