2 1/2 Men is one of my favorite shows of all time. The Alan Harper character was awesome. Jon Cryer is a brilliant comic-actor. Think he won a couple of Emmys for that role.

I wasn't downing Cryer the actor as I agree he is talented, but the character Alan Harper needed punching.
