‘Sopranos’ star Vincent Pastore dead at 80. R.I.P. The veteran actor was found dead in his Bronx residence today, Aug. 1, by a neighbor after he had not been heard from for the past three days. The circumstances surrounding his death are being investigated.

He was an interesting guy. He was an incredible character who was killed off very early on in the show who didn’t reap the rewards that the others did as the show’s legend grew.

Agree that Tony was too hard on the Pussie, however, it had to be done to move the show forward properly IMHO.
