The population is about to double
Crazy story. Was not aware. I can’t really fathom:

1) something so bad in my country that I would risk my life or the life of my family to try to get into an adjacent country. We really did win the birth lottery for those of us born here.

2) a scale of human trafficking so large that a Spanish Supreme Court ruling caused a surge like that. The weight of that decision is being felt hard.

The Moroccan government driving them by the bus full to the boarder.

Count the number of women and children you see in the videos. You won’t need many fingers. These are not asylum seekers.
Yup. This is just a straight up invasion. Of course the main reason they want to invade is that Morocco not being in charge has made it nicer than the surrounding area. When they get done, they will have seized some existing infrastructure and buildings that will continue to be nicer for a short while, but basically they are just destroying it.

Interesting. The ruling I read about stated some kind of ruling about immigrants arriving by sea. Maybe that isn't the genesis of this, as by bus, or over land based barricade, as I've seen in some stories, doesn't seem to qualify for that exemption. Good time to be thankful that I'm not in a situation with those kinds of choices to make.

Funny how the government in Spain is not very strict with immigration but I have read many articles of how they are tired of tourists and doing things to lower the impact of Tourism. Maybe if they stopped the people looking to live off the government, they could handle the people that are willing to pay the government to visit.

This is North Africa. Leftover from imperialism days. Basically a carve out that Spain rejected Morocco's claim on some time ago but granted some kind of independence to in the mid-90's.
Fact:

This “carve out” is still part of Spain and after the ruling, the invaders are hoping to gain citizenship to the socialist benefits of Spain as well as the ease of travel among the other EU countries. While your statement didn’t explicitly downplay the invaders’ strategy, there was some slight hint.

WTH. Fact: It is in North Africa and part of Spain and Morocco lays claim to it as well. You are projecting what you want things to be.

The OP posted about Europe. I suppose if the US Virgin Islands got no based North America would be under attack.

"It's no accident that mass immigration has become one of the most effective and destructive means of diluting and ultimately undermining nationalism. By importing large foreign populations, a nation gradually acquires "citizens" who have no inherited love for the country, no deep commitment to its continuity, no appreciation for its history and heritage, and no natural attachment to its national identity. Before long, this weakens the invisible bonds that once united a people. A citizenry bound together by a shared homeland, common history, and national loyalty is increasingly replaced by a population of atomised individuals with little allegiance beyond their own immediate interests. It's all intentional—right across the Western world. National identity gives way to rootless globalism, and loyalty to one's nation and people is supplanted by dependence on those in power who promise the greatest benefits in exchange for loyalty." @CaldronPool on X
