Crimes against humanity. Funding the gain of function research and then lying about it. Mask mandates, vaccine mandates, social distancing, school closures, etc.
It's not clear that he knew it was funding GOF research but that wasn't illegal at the time. Where's the crime? What statute?
It also hasn't been determined it came from the lab so it's a moot point.

The rest of your statement is about measures taken to save lives while they wrestled with how to manage this NEW virus that was behaving differently than ones they'd seen before. Where's the crime? What statute?

That's right, there was no crime. How embarrassing for you to pretend like there was because you're mad.

It’s not embarrassing. He ruined millions of lives. He lied repeatedly. If you are just making **** up because of the unknown you don’t have mandates. If I cross paths with him in person it will not end well. Obviously Trump and Biden have fault as well. Why would you defend this POS? How much did he make on the vaccine?

It's extremely clear. All you have to do is open your eyes. The EcoHealth Alliance grant application has been public for years. Fauci signed off on every grant application. He had conversations with Peter Daszak frequently when the COVID news broke in China. He knew the genome sequence of COVID right away.

Come on bro. Y’all just don’t want to admit yall went along with all the bs and now feel stupid.
lol in no way shape or form do I feel stupid. I hated Covid, lockdowns, etc. Worst time of my life.

I'm also a big enough boy to not put unnecessary blame on literally anyone and everyone because it was a hard time for me. Try therapy, it'll help working through your post covid anxiety more than blaming those who were also just trying to figure out a novel virus.

You weren't duped, you weren't lied to. It was hard for everyone. Grow up and deal with your issues rather than misplacing them on others

It is embarrassing because there was NO CRIME. I defend him because he was one of America's most respected and beloved epidemiologists over the course of his 38 year career. He was an absolute hero during the AIDS epidemic and it was due to his years long research and support of mRNA that Operation Warp Speed was able to get the vaccine out in record time.

He was already working with an uber-dumb president who was interfering with recommendations until the pandemic got so out of hand that stricter measures became necessary. There likely would have been hundreds of thousands of more deaths without those safety measures. And if you troglodytes hadn't refused the vaccine, we might have gotten through the worst of it much sooner.

You should blame you and your president long before you blame him.

Because the Chinese haven't cooperated, without that there is no way to prove it escaped from a lab. Theories and suspicions are not facts.

Question for you : Why is it only far-right types that rage about Fauci?

Lots of people also think he did a terrible job with AIDS too. I haven’t looked into it. His recommendations were a joke and defied basic logic. I do not believe the covid death numbers at all. The hospitals were absolutely incentivized to claim covid as the cause of death for monetary gain. Two weeks into the pandemic it was clear that elderly with preexisting conditions and obese were at risk. All others were not, but we had to play it out for years.

It has. Fauci says in his diary that 10 of his 12 advisors said the genome sequence could not have happened naturally. Most famously, Dr. Kristian Andersen contacted Fauci about this in early 2020.

Isn't it funny how it's the same people that refused to get vaccinated that claim all the nonsense you spout above? None of you wanted to help with the solution, instead you decided to contribute to the cause. Anti-vaxxers are not credible people and should not be listened to.

No matter what you theorize about, it has not been proven and other experts disagree with the lab leak theory. Get off his a.ss and let him enjoy the few years he has left for chrissake.

• In that same area of the market, SARS-CoV-2 virus was detected in carts, drains, a feather-and-hair remover, a metal cage, and machines that process animals after they’ve been slaughtered.

• The first known human case of COVID occurred on December 10, 2019, in a female vendor at the Huanan Market; two of the first three cases had direct contact with the western section of the market. Indeed, more than half of the early cases had direct or indirect exposure to the Huanan market. Wuhan is a city of 11 million people. There are probably 10,000 places where a new virus could have arisen. Nonetheless, the first cluster of cases were restricted to the western section of a market that was selling live animals susceptible to the virus, exactly where you would have expected a spillover event to occur. The estimated chance that this pattern had occurred randomly, and not as a direct result of animals infecting people, is about 1 in 10 million.

It in no way surprises me you are a pro fauci guy.

I'm not pro-Fauci, and I'm not psycho anti-Fauci. It in no way surprises me that you're a conspiracy whackadoodle.

Like most normal, functioning humans, I see a situation where folks did the best they could, and then came up against a headwind of anti-everything psychos trying, not to help the situation, but to turn it into an anti-establishment opportunity, so the folks actually trying to help had to adjust accordingly.

What an embarrassing, juvenile question to ask. People like you are why we can't have nice things and why we end up with a non-medical heroin addict with a worm in his brain for HHS Secretary. You special people did that.

No I haven't had one in years though my doctor has recommended I get one at the EOY. The virus has mutated to a very mild strain that is similar to a cold, so this is a different time.

LMAO... Donald Trump pleaded the Fifth Amendment more than 440 times during a single four-hour civil deposition. And don't forget General Flynn going on his pleading the 5th spree, including answering if he supported the peaceful transfer of power in the US. Didn't hear much when those things happened.

Please tell us how it's bad again.
it's every american's right to claim the fifth. I would have preferred that fauci answer questions about the discrepancies between his past statements and his diary, and, I'd bet, he has some really good answers about some and not so good about others - that's the way life seems to go.

In this instance though, it seems to me that republicans were loaded to find discrepancies and pin Fauci to the wall. So, if I were in his shoes I would have done the same thing...self preservation is a big motivator

I see. Well I had the OG Covid and it was similar to a cold then too. I‘m sorry you can’t admit how foolish you were. I know it is embarrassing, I cant even imagine the shame you must feel.. I hope you got to see loved ones. My grandmother is still alive I didn’t kill her with the virus.

I know you can't communicate like a functioning human, so I won't even bother trying to pull your reasoning out of you. Additionally, I've read many others like you trying to explain themselves, and it's such an illogical, unthinking and presumptive jumbled mess, that it's just as worthless a pursuit to engage those folks. COVID broke you, and those like you ... and so you attempt to break those in charge, in retaliation. Because you're the party of personal accountability and responsibility, and everything is everyone else's fault.

The State of Florida is now investigating Fauci for possible criminal prosecution.

Florida has a huge number of wrongful death lawyers and civil litigation lawyers. Fauci should be sheltering his assets because he is going to be paying his own lawyers more than he can afford, even considering his apparent wealth.

How about silenced? All those who were 100% correct about many of the things we know now to be correct were ostracized, shut down, fired and cancelled because they dared to not jump all in to the deep end of the “we’re all gonna die if we don’t do everything we say” pool.

Public health matters to 68% of Americans but not to you 32 percenters. We should be allowed to send you all to Mississippi with no doctors or medicines to keep you all away from the rest of us. We'll see how long you last.

Who silenced you? Who ostracized you? All of this is misplaced grievances and you know it.

Any silencing or ostracizing was done by people online or private companies, or at worst, the federal government and not by one dude advising the government.

Take your misplaced sad little feelings elsewhere

Wait… ME? I’m tiresome as hell? This is my ONLY post on this 12 page thread of which you are the king idiot with a majority of the posts. But yeah…my single post…is so tiresome. You’re such a dolt. Wish I could just turn my brain off like that.
Yes YOU. You packed 7-8 hyperbolic statements into one post without a shred of nuance and some abject lies as well.

I could take the time to provide the necessary nuance or prove how it's misinformation but it would be "tiresome" to do so and I learned previously with you that you don't go away quietly, you just keep shoveling the **** and you have a particular bug up your butt for me.

Tiresome
