That IS true BUT what MM told CSS and Joe DID require reporting which CSS did not do and went to jail for not doing it. Thanks for making my point for me that MM told CSS and Joe more than he told his Dad and Dranov or CSS wouldn't have gone to jail.

Raykovitz was never told anything actionable by Curley. Same with Dranov and Dad McQuery. Curley here, was trying to get a twofer. Tell Raykovitz nothing actionable so he wouldn't report it but then use his talking to Raykovitz as an alibi to claim later he (Curley) did report it. The gambit failed and Curley did time in the clink.

No the testimony of Dranov and Dad said that MM never told them anything actionable and that is why they weren't prosecuted. However, he did tell Joe and CSS that what he saw was inappropriate sexual contact between Sandusky and the child. They didn't report it and CSS then went to the hoosgow.

Mike was a GA and a small fry who blew the whistle on a local god. You might argue he should have done more than go to Joppa for protection but I doubt you personally would have done any different if you were in his shoes. MM is more a victim than a bad guy like Joe and CSS were.

Those "medical records", or at least ostensible citations from them, indicate that Sandusky suffered from conditions that contribute to erectile dysfunction. I've read no explicit diagnosis of erectile dysfunction, and while those conditions make it likely that he has ED, it is not impossible that he doesn't.
