2. You only care about “merit based” when you believe women or colored people are benefiting. When it comes to nepotism or unmerited favoritism based on friendships or politics, you couldn’t care less.
Btw, the number of black CEOs (11) running Fortune 500 companies are more than triple the number of blacks you see in that photo of recent Civil Rights hires. It’s laughable you believe all of those hires are “merit based.”
