The tobacco lawsuit that made Dicky Scruggs insanely rich led to the banning of billboard advertisements for cigarettes. I assume this would apply to jersey patches.

SOFI has it right with Notre Dame....a friend of mine's kid goes there....he made 36 on the ACT....zero scholarships through the school....3 years ago the tuition was 80K a year if i remember correctly.....grandfather farmed near Grenada and now the grandson is starting ND Medical school....

Isn't SoFi a little predatory, since they refinance student loans? Maybe not as bad as Y-Refi that sort of sells defaulted student loans (I'm sure some of you business majors can explain that a little better). I believe both have elevated loan rates.
