Cases where the judges refuse to even proceed with further litigation should be a hint that there's no merit in the claims.
  • Evidentiary hearings: In a subset of the more than 60 post-election lawsuits filed by Trump and his allies, state trial courts held hearings where local witnesses, poll watchers, and expert computer or statistical analysts gave oral testimony or submitted signed affidavits. [1]
  • Lack of proof: Judges routinely noted that while some witnesses testified about perceived irregularities or operational mistakes, the actual testimony and evidence failed to establish systemic fraud or a sufficient number of illegal votes to change the outcome of the election. [1, 2]
  • Dismissals: The vast majority of these substantive cases were rejected because the sworn testimony or supporting evidence did not legally substantiate the claims being made. [1]

They'll say there hasn't been rampant fraud.

Apparently some fraud is not worth trying to stop. It must be rampant first.
“Even if it is rampant, why do you care”???
“Can you prove it changed results”?

Just curious what these retarded Demonrats and “educators” think about the tax on ammunition, firearms, and even the background check and permit fees to exercise that right…. Oh yeah they don’t care, and must keep up the grift the higher ranked retards in their Union have ordered them to parrot.

That fat retard will not leave. He lives for being a contrarian douchebag. You all know the type. The high school loser who always spoke the loudest, even though everyone knows he’s lying… and they have zero friends. The pathetic retard actually has a few fellow retards (with room temp iqs) who think he’s super cool. Just remember he is incapable of having a relationship with a woman. It upsets him, and he has made this whole pathetic persona to try and cover his feelings. He NEEDS this place. It’s the only thing in his life where he feels like anyone even realizes he exists.

Not at all. what other components of the bill would you like to discuss?

1st - The bill would require a person to provide proof they are a citizen of the US before they are registered to vote. (NJ stuff shows that simply isn't enough) Opponent claim this would eliminate most current online and mail registration methods. Damn - yes, proving you are who you are through online or mail can be easily done by any fraudster. Oh my gosh, providing a passport or a birth certificate when you register to vote.....what an inconvenience.

But wait, opponents claim it is already a law that illegal aliens cannot vote in elections. There are also laws that prohibit minors purchasing alcohol, driving a vehicle, boarding an airplane without an id. Yet minors purchase alcohol daily, people drive without a license and insurance daily, and even I have went through security at an airport with no id.

Oh wait there is more, people would have to prove their citizenship everytime they vote. You know who is against this? People who can't prove they are eligible to vote. Oh my gosh, you mean I may have to bring my birth certificate and my driver's license to the polling station? That is unfair, why can't I just send a picture from my home computer? Surely everyone is honest with who they are.

The entire argument against the SAVE act is either it being an inconvenience or people not having the proper documentation to prove citizenship.
You realize you just proved my point

Btw did I say I was against voter ID, nope

Have we hit "rampant" yet? Or nah...

(New Jersey Globe) – About 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in New Jersey each year, based on data from three state government agencies, including the Motor Vehicle Commission — a stunning figure that widens the scope of a growing controversy over government databases that may incorrectly identify noncitizens as eligible voters and jurors.

This comes after the NJ Governor lied a few days ago saying it was a "software glitch" as to why they had 6,600 illegals on the rolls. The software company was taking no crap, they fired back and said the Democrat-run state officials KNEW about the illegals being on the rolls back when it happened.

And

did

nothing.

The corruption is real.

Curious, since everyone is so worked up about all this. In a year and a half, how many people have been charged by the Trump administration with voter fraud? We can get into convicted later. I'm curious about the number even charged. Thousands? Millions? What are we talking about here for numbers?

I think it's like 2 SEC teams playing in the 1990's. Both are cheating. Am I concerned? Slightly?

So, do you have any idea how many people have been charged? I'm genuinely curious. 18 months is enough time to charge a lot of people across this country, if election fraud is really out of control.

If both are cheating, then why does the Democrat seemingly always benefit in the general election? Why will the Democrats not pass the Save act? I would love an answer to that question. Their myth that blacks can’t afford ID has been blown up and blacks favor the save act.

Why do Democrats always benefit and why will Democrats not change the system? Get your head out of the sand.

I’m curious on why requiring voter ID is such a big issue. We literally require an ID to vote, we require an ID to buy Alcohol, cigarettes, get into government buildings, and fly, and literally so many more things as well. People seem to be just fine with having to show and no one worries about if it makes it harder for minorities or single parents to do those things… yet somehow requiring one for voting is the hill y'all will die on, that’s the line that’s too far… make that make sense to me

Making a claim like "Democrats always benefit" tells me all I need to know. If you think only politicians on one side are crooked, then I would say you have your head buried. You are Bama accusing Ol' Miss of cheating.

How many have been charged since February of 2025? 3 minutes of searching doesn't give me any results. Should be thousands.

Trump started his rigged election crap right from the outset, in the Iowa primary in 2016. After losing, he accused the republican primary as being rigged against him. I told my wife then that any politician that preaches that any election he loses had to be rigged is going to draw in all the cultists.

First, you have to drop the cultist narrative. That’s a big part of the division, and honestly everyone you claim to be cultist could turn around and call the democratic supports cultist, I mean when you have people out voting for candidates based purely on their party affiliation that’s kind of cult like behavior, and right now all I see is blue wave crap, and people saying they’re just going to vote all blue, with no idea of who they’re supporting.
Now onto the next thing, what does that have to do with requiring a voter ID now? Your thoughts on what he said and who it would draw out is not a valid argument, it has no substance supporting your stance.

Did Trump claim the 2016 Iowa Republican primary he lost to Cruz was rigged?

The perfect voter on the left. Head firmly in the sand and thinks it doesn’t matter or impact him. Remarkable.

rather than arguing about how much fraud there has been, why don’t we just pass the save act so we can be assured there is election integrity. You still have not answered why only one party does not want to clean up the system. Your answer is you don’t care. Got it. Says all we need to know.

Haha You still can't tell me how many people have even been charged by the Trump administration for election fraud. Is the number even above zero? You can't make a big deal out of something and not provide evidence it actually is a big deal. If elections are truly being stolen, 18 months is plenty of time to charge people. And the number should be in the thousands.

I really don't care. I don’t believe election fraud is statistically significant. And I don't care if they add extra steps to voting.

You are caught up in the flavor of the (MAGA) day.

And they still won’t acknowledge that Trump started this rigged election stuff back in 2016 when he couldn’t beat Ted Cruz in Iowa. When he loses, he always says someone else cheated. It’s why he isn’t going to figure a way out of this “5 week Iran excursion” until his term runs out.

And the funniest part in Vance coming out today to say that the #1 reason for the Iran war is to lower gas prices for Americans, and Iran nuclear threat is only secondary. Look it up! Because I guess the best way to lower gas prices is starting endless wars and showing your adversary that their strategic weapon (the strait of Hormuz) is even more important than they realize. A real “Art of the Deal” move there.

There have been HUNDREDs of election and fraud cases, including convictions since Trump took office. Your beloved MSM and corrupt MS NOW keeps you in the dark on purpose. Well the Heritage Foundation and Whitehouse.gov are also keeping me in the dark. Where does one find information on these cases? I see only 1 on Fox News, from Pennsylvania.

Face it, in 18 months they haven't found anything significant. If they had, it would be all over the internet.

It's called not getting caught up in a bunch of nonsense. You claim to be a doctor. You have surely taken statistics. What level of fraud would have to happen to significantly alter any kind of an important election? How many people would have to keep quiet?

The Heritage foundation keeps a database of election fraud cases, and it's pretty damn small in the grand scheme of things. Dumb people simplify things. It's actually more complicated than that. Most states are blended at varying levels or the controlling party switches periodically. Widespread voter fraud would be exposed regularly if it was as common as you goofballs on here claim.

If they pass this act, the MAGA extremists will move onto something else to freak out about and peddle conspiracy theories about. No different than liberal extremists. Always mad about something.

There is no number that will satisfy you. 5 ILLEGALS voting should bother you, but it doesn't. We know why it doesn't bother you - you likely just won't admit it.

6,600 illegals on the voter rolls in New Jersey. In just ONE state. Another 75,000 illegals on the juror rolls in New Jersey. In One State. Doesn't bother you a bit. You know which side benefits from this and you are okay with it. So you stick your head in the sand and claim there is no problem.

Simple question: Do you support passing the Save America Act? Why?
