Well aware of who he wrestled for. Pretty sure his success at Iowa as a coach even surpassed his time at ISU and I think ISU would have a VERY hard time claiming him over Iowa when considering his entire time around wrestling…

I didn’t say he wrestled for Iowa. I said two iconic Iowa wrestlers. Now, I get how that can be confusing and agree that I could have and should have worded it better.
The POINT was to show two prime examples of guys that were affiliated with Iowa that WRESTLED and talked specifically about adrenaline dumps. But, hey, I get that my posting style warrants the criticism whenever someone can find a crack in the armor. Again, in this case I should have worded it better and understand the shots.

@Wrestleknownothing, Gable is an "Iowa wrestler," because he was born in Iowa wrestled for the Cyclones, which is the state university of Iowa (for Science and Technology), and coached the University of Iowa (legally the State University of Iowa). Metcalf is an "Iowa wrestler," because he was born in Michigan, wrestled for the Hawkeyes, and coaches Iowa State University.

I am sure he will correct me if I mischaracterized his position.

There seems to be more than one on the PSU board who dislike me and think I am an Iowa fan, because I defended the meaning of the Ski Bunny Joke and don't inherently believe all landlords are evil. Most of us are just Iowa forum and don't care to go to other teams forums. Personally, I like when rivals post except for the obvious trolls that just want attention or work to take a thread off the rails. Glad we got rival posters like PSU Mike that add to the wrestling discussion.
