Most of us have seen them both in action. Who wins that argument?
From HROT. Didn't make the transition to on3. Really smart guy (especially on science topics) and while he was usually right, he was insufferable.Who is "Joe's Place?" I must have missed the thread that he was apparently posting in, repeatedly.
He was smart on some topics (some science things as you mention but weirdly also all things HVAC). But he thought he was an expert on literally everything. He’s the kind of guy that has never said “I don’t know” once in his life. From HROT. Didn't make the transition to on3. It was strange... almost like a switch flipped. It felt like he went from being a reasonable, really smart guy who stayed on topic to beating everything to death in an instant. Maybe I just missed that part early on.From HROT. Didn't make the transition to on3. Really smart guy (especially on science topics) and while he was usually right, he was insufferable.
Even if you agreed with joes place, he would mansplain to you and argue how he was more right than you.Who is "Joe's Place?" I must have missed the thread that he was apparently posting in, repeatedly.

Shocking that you would be of that opinion, given how completely he pwns you here. It's like a figurative Pepsi to the face - your face - every time you get into a debate with him. You should just give up,Moogy, aka SimplyComplicated, aka Perfect Pitch is a disgrace to humanity.
He's from the Iowa message boards. Luckily, he didn't migrate but Moogy has, sadly, replaced him here.Who is "Joe's Place?" I must have missed the thread that he was apparently posting in, repeatedly.
Whaaaaa? He was good on vaccines and insufferable in everything else, IMO.

Wrong. Even if you agreed with joes place, he would mansplain to you and argue how he was more right than you.
Very strong on climate issues. Also very good on most health issues. He was good on vaccines and insufferable in everything else, IMO.
This strikes me as a romantacized version of Joe. I think you give him too much credit with "usually right".From HROT. Didn't make the transition to on3. Really smart guy (especially on science topics) and while he was usually right, he was insufferable.

My earlier joke aside, this was one of his craziest traits. He was inadvertently a master of friendly fire.Even if you agreed with joes place, he would mansplain to you and argue how he was more right than you.
Well, Moogy did share that the denizens of NH are "literal motherf.vcker (and sisterf.vcker)s" whose kids have "protruding lower jaws, club feet and drooping eyes".Until Moogs argues he "tripped" out his truck, Joe remains at the top (or bottom depending on your perspective).
