Offense pass interference is now a 10-yard penalty. I like it. 15 yards can be a drive killer.

I like the college 15/yard penalty. Hate seeing a 49-yard penalty for a tiki-tak foul.

Same time, if a corner knows he's best for a long TD he can grab the receiver and it's just 15 yards.

I like the NFL rule better, particularly for the NFL.

Because college football refs are clearly less competent, I don’t mind the 15 yard penalty for college.

That should clearly be a penalty kick.

Good point. I’d really like to see it like the old 5 & 15 yard facemask penalty. If it’s intentional or flagrant, spot of foul.
