It’s a development position . I think if anyone can relate it’s Javin . Look at who all has held the development role under John . If nothing else he rebounded and that’s what this team will need to do for secondary shots . It’s not an assistant head coach spot . It’s a development spot and players like Meyers, Howard, Wilkins and other who could possibly stay another year at Duke besides transferring can learn a lot from Javin .

^ agreed Shey. Amile Jefferson and Javin arguably Developed the Most from their Frosh to Senior Seasons within the last 11 years.
