Ghee wiz, no need to be hysterical. When I suggested you continue back in time beyond your arbitrary 48 years, you could have simply said you were defining modern as "48 years" instead of asking about dem Jim Crow massacres.

I don't blame you at all for denying you are a democrat given the shameful and racist history of that party.
jesus, you really do have the attention span of a goldfish. The OP was about whats happening NOW. Rubio rattled off recent examples. I responded with recent examples from the modern era showing political violence isn't unique to the left. You responded with...1898.

I do love you're still calling me a Democrat, though. Probably my favorite part of the thread. Of course, you'll continue dodging a direct question,
"what are your criteria for being a Democrat?" Register as one? Vote for one? donate to one? You won't answr because your entire decision tree is
"Trump bad" = Democrat.

Ghee willikers, now you are using my argument from post 34 about NOW, claiming 50 years as an arbitrary interval that you made up. You could have just said that 50 years is the length of NOW because you said so.

Your confusion and foolishness made you seem like other admitted dems on this board, but if you are not a dem, just say so instead of becoming hysterical, posting childish memes, and other typical dem misbehavior on this forum.

This has actually been pretty entertaining, so thank you for the laughs. the OP claimed modern political violence is uniquely a left-wing problem.
I responded with 16 documented examples of modern far-right extremist violence from 1978–2022. Why? because Ruby wants to claim a left-wing issue that's maybe been an uptick for 2-3 years, vs 50 gd years of psychopathic right-wing extremist violence

Fourteen dumb@$$ replies later you haven't disputed one incident. NOT ONE. You haven't disputed one death toll and you You haven't disputed one motive.

Instead you've, like a true master deflector, youve called me a Democrat (still my favorite) and taken a time machine back to 1898 when the parties were prety much swapped. Really nothing more to contribute. Again, not one gd time did you say my list was wrong. Why? Because you can't.

You just spent two pages arguing with an imaginary Democrat instead of the actual facts.

Your list is wrong because it intentionally distorts political violence by leaving out left-wing violence over your arbitrary definition of "now".

Further, it attributes antisemitic violence to right-wing groups that share common cause with the antisemitic/pro-Hamas wing of the dem party - which is represented by prominent dem leaders such as AOC, Omar, Talib, etc.

Are you denying you are a dem, or are you ashamed to admit it?

Well OF COURSE it was intentional. It was a response to the OP that also intentionally left out "right-wing" violence. Man, you really are terrible at this.

I clearly don't know what a dem is, so I'm still waiting for you to tell me what one is. I asked some very specific criteria questions that you still keep dodging. Should I ask them for a 4th time?

Yes, ask again, but try to phrase it more intelligently if you can.

On the other hand, you could simply indicate if you consider yourself a democrat or not - and if so, if you are an antisemite/pro-Hamas democrat.

jesus, dude. I'll ask like I'm explaining it to a child. What makes someone a Democrat? Do they have to register as one? Vote for one? Donate to one? Something else??? or is your entire diagnostic test simply, "Trump is a lying, corrupt POS" ✅ Democrat. Hell, I think Biden was a brain-dead drooling boob and Kamala was the worst Democratic candidate since John "just not Bush" Kerry. Our political system SUCKS BALLZ! Trump just happens to be the current worst of the worst.

Ghee willikers. Unlike you and your arbitrary definition of NOW, I do not impose an arbitrary definition of what makes a democrat. Rather, I expect others to be able to define for themselves if they belong to or favor the party of slavery/KKK/Jim Crow/ Vietnam/open borders etc., or the party that freed the slaves - or whatever else.

If you cannot do so for yourself - or are ashamed to - fine with me, snappy.

Well, you didn't like "I'm not a Demcrat" as an answer. You didn't like, "I voted for the pot guy in 2016" either. So, I assumed you had your own definition of what a Democrat was, so I've been asking you to tell me.

You STILL don't want to answer. You'd rather attempt to be sly, which you're not. Instead you just look like you're

Says the guy/gal/both who posts childish memes.

Gheez, only the simple minded view it as simply a matter of who you vote for at the top of the ballot, while ignoring the down ballot.

If you said somewhere above in all your babble that you are not a 'demcrat', point to it because I missed it.

Do you want to be more specific about your amazement here, or just be self-satisfied that you an irrelevant comment.
It amazes me you appear to have no clue about the history of political parties.

Also not surprising I had to explain it to you. Serious question. Did you complete high school?

It's okay that you don't know what constitutes a Democrat. All you had to say was, "I do not know." It'd probably saved us the majority of this thread.

Yes, democrats were pro-slavery and anti civil rights as you like to post. Republicans touting that as some feather in their cap that they are less racist is the most MAGA thing of all MAGA's. But also not surprising.

I didn't say anything about the repubs, other than that their history is far less racist than the dems (slaves, kkk, jim crow, inner-city black neglect in dem-run cities).

Do you dispute that?

gee golly, i don't recall ever claiming to be a Democrat or a Republican. What I repeatedly asked was what standard YOU are using to label me one. You still haven't answered that. Shocked I tell ya, shocked! If your only evidence is that I think Trump is a POS, that's not a definition of "Democrat." Unless, that's all it takes in your little sycophant mind.

I told you above that your ignorance and naivety made me assume you are a dem, because those traits define many of the posters on this forum who claim to be dems. That you keep asking me repeatedly is another indicator in that you can't remember and/or understand the answer.

I could have added your frequent use of childish insults and memes as additional indicators, but I consider those to be subsets of ignorance, so I didn't.

given that opposition to the voting rights act was an intregral part of the racist legacy of the democrat party...

where do you think you would have stood on that bill at the time?
and with the recent SCOTUS action severely limiting it's reach and impact, would you support new legislation that provides the same basic protections enshrined in the original 1965 version while addressing the issues raised by the court?

Not the entire dem party, but leading racist elements like Hillary's and Biden's mentor Robert Byrd.

I think it was good legislation for the time, but no longer needed after 60 years given that we have had a 2-term black president and many black senators and reps.

That's adorable. so your "definition" of a Democrat is ignorance, naivety, childish insults, and memes.

The problem is the data don't cooperate, numbnutz! Dems are, on average, more likely than Reps to hold bachelor's and graduate degrees. Libertarians (me) also tend to be among the most highly educated political groups. So if ignorance is your litmus test, you're barking up the wrong demographic.

But thanks for confirming that, in your hijacked mind, "doesn't worship Trump" and "Democrat" are basically synonyms.

I said it was an assumption, not a "definition." Try to use your advanced, high-level education to understand the difference, snappy.
