Just read the facts cited in the linked article. Amazing. The guy should be thrown in prison and cast down with the Sodomites (aka JinxyPat's friends). And the Trump toadies enabling this grifting should be turned out of office en masse.

For those Trump Cultists who are inclined to ignore yet more evidence of his chicanery, here is an informative, albeit chilling, excerpt from the above linked article:

Then there is the president’s personal stock trading.

Trump’s financial disclosures show him making an average of 80 stock trades a day, often involving companies with business before the federal government.

He purchased substantial holdings in Palantir, a major federal software contractor, and then publicly promoted the company on social media. He bought shares of Nvidia a week before his administration approved the sale of advanced microchips to China, a market the company’s CEO has said could ultimately generate $50 billion annually.

Trump made more than 300 previously undisclosed stock purchases just one day before unexpectedly announcing that he would pause many of his import tariffs.

When the president can trade stocks and simultaneously move markets through official government actions, Americans have every reason to question whether public policy is serving the country or his personal investment portfolio.

When Trump isn’t enriching himself, he appears to be ensuring that family members and political allies benefit too.

One of his Mar-a-Lago neighbors — and a major political donor — received a no-bid contract to remediate algae in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Donald Trump Jr. holds a multimillion-dollar stake in a drone manufacturer that recently secured a major Pentagon contract.

Eighty (80) stock trades a day. As POTUS.

Three hundred (300) previously undisclosed stock purchases just one (1) day before unexpectedly announcing that he would pause many of his import tariffs.

Buys Palantir and Nvida and THEN publicly promotes their stock. As POTUS.

These are crimes. He should go to jail.

so here's a question...does Donald Trump trade stocks for his accounts? "Donald Trump does not personally execute stock trades for his own account; all of his investments are handled and managed by independent, outside financial managers.
While these brokerage accounts are actively used to buy and sell stocks—recording over 20,000 transactions during a recent 12-month period—representatives for the Trump administration and the Trump Organization have stated that neither Trump nor his family have direct control or involvement in the specific day-to-day trades that are made. As reported by CNN. Now, does this mean Trump has no input...I don't know....but as someone pointed out, trump has time to make 80 stock trades a day?

The whole of our government officials making trades off "insider" information stinks, be it trump, Pelosi, Khanna or other Republicans or Democrats. It's not a good look.

so, let me ask, is it ok for just members of one party to take advantage of insider trading? Does that ease the stigma of suggesting that just maybe we should find a way to stop it for everybody?

Or, is it just trump who is guilty of what we already know happens with members of both parties?

Nope, they’re both wrong. It should be an across the board change.

It’s your body of work bruv. Not this particular issue. It’s ok to admit it. Be proud of what you are.

Let's put it this way Ned, Trump did not put his accounts into a blind trust as every other president prior has. What does that tell you?

Lmao. An opinion of lies specifically stating Trump is making stock trades. That's a blatant lie. Nor do his children make his stock trades. They are done legally by Citygroup.

Don't like it, too bad. The legislature can always change the laws.

My understanding is he put his kids in charge of them. Then put his kids in charge of various federal programs. And then admitted that his kids knew about his next moves before he made them public.

Weird how this is okay for Ned?

Not weird at all for Ned. He justifies everything Trump does with a whataboutism instead of coming out and saying flatly his actions are wrong and possibly illegal.

Do you ever tire of being wrong?

President Donald Trump's stock trades are executed through investment accounts managed by major financial institutions like Charles Schwab, while his overall assets are overseen by a trust controlled by his children and independent third parties.

Exactly. Who sold and bought isn’t the issue as much as the inside information made available to them.

Great job quoting an article that is nearly a year old. What a putz! 🤣
When he was president. You're the same fools who specifically stated he was broke and bankrupt for years. Sit down. There are now, actually 3, Citi, Schwab, and Capital One. Furthermore, Trump does not make trades like the article specifically stated.

One question now that you've admitted his children have control over his accounts, are any of these blind trusts like every previous president had?

To be honest, I don't know what that tells me....he didn't release his tax returns either, which led to the speculation that he didn't pay income taxes until the great Rachel Maddow "reveal" that showed that he did...

Look, I'm not defending Trump. All these people can influence the markets and the should not be able to trade.....same with members of the FED...One speech suggesting we should hike rates and markets go down...or the reverse.

I've posted before that Trump carries this money making machine way too far..the President hawking Trump watches, crypto, and now this selling "early release" on Truth social posts is way, way too far. But seemingly we don't have laws against it, and we should

I posted a thread where he wants to monetize his social media accounts to deliver insider information to anyone willing to pay him $100K/month and it didn't cause a ripple here.

Trump Media pitched $100,000 monthly fee for fast feed of US president's posts

They just keep piling it up and up and up and never give you enough time to be outraged by any one thing. Plus 30+% of Americans will NEVER admit what a total POS he is. Then you've got another 10+% who will excuse anything he does because they're fully on board with the fascist vibe.

No worries, Ned. Captain Houseboat occasionally needs to be slapped down.
You don't slap down anyone. You're a pathetic arrogant liar. You've lied for well over 12 years regarding Trump going to jail. Tell the entire board, because it has been you personal claim, when is Trump going to jail? Sit down Tubby. You're a lying joke. Nothing you claim has ever come to fruition.
