That seems weird. To be so specific as to place so much of the state into an exclusion zone doesn't seem to have been a coincidence.

I'd be shocked if this stands...

in exclusionary zoning/land use cases (which this clearly is), you have to show a rational connection between the regulation and a legitimate public interest.

you can't just exclude legal land uses (like tattoo parlors) because you don't like them. it ultimately comes down to a property rights issue.

Please, I’m begging you please . . . don’t make face tattoos illegal.

It’s the easiest way to spot the crazies.
I've gotta say that I totally agree with this ^^^^. Tattoos are beyond low rent, particularly sleeves and facial tattos. But there is a First Amendment in this country, so let all of the inbreds and morons declare themselves publicly. If you have a tattoo, sorry for my being so blunt about your disability.

Personally I don’t mind much what people do. Tattoos don’t really bother me. But when you tattoo your face? That just screams “this person is not allowed within 200 feet of a school”.

some of you are so weird...acting like only gang members and bikers have tattoos. What year are you guys living in?

I see mom's at Trader Joe's with full sleeves. A very high percentage of blue collar guys seem to have tattoos. Just about every guy i know that went into the military has them.
Sorry you live in the ghetto.

No body is saying it’s wrong, we are just saying go hang out in New Jersey, not SC.

Definitely not a coincidence. It's the same way they got rid of strip clubs here. There's a church, school, or playground within 1000 ft of everywhere here, with heavy emphasis on church.

I don’t particularly like tattoos. Over the years I’ve surmised that the only time I think they’re desirable is when they’re on some super hot chick. And if she wasn’t hot, I’d think they look dumb.

That said, to each their own obviously. This rule is stupid and un-American. Very on brand for the “christian” South.
