Dee Bost interview on Out of Bounds

Didn't he become a citizen of Yugoslavia or somewhere like that? I know he was playing internationally somewhere and became a citizen of that place.
This is my semi-annual reminder that Bo Bounds still has a radio show, I guess

I’ll never forget the halftime spat between him and Varnado towards the end of his years here. They’re headed towards the locker room after the buzzer, and JV says something to him just as they’re hitting the tunnel. The camera zooms in on them right as Bost turns around and yells Shut the 17 up!!

I think it says more about the state of morning sports radio in Mississippi than it does about him.
My guess is his audience exists largely because he has a near-monopoly on Mississippi sports talk during the morning drive.

I talked to him at Rick’s dollar night after a game while I was at State. He was a super nice dude.
