I guess that's fair. I'll admit he hasn't truly gotten my attention. Maybe I need to watch a bit more. I always felt like they won but he wasn't the reason. He didn't lose games perse but he was down the list as to reasons they actually won them. I guess I could've been wrong tho.

Fun kid to watch. No doubt his head coach is a helluva mentor.

It’s always somebody else’s fault with Lamar. I’m no Harbaugh fan boy, but I think Lamar just forced them to can one of the best head coaches in the NFL. FWIW (nothing) my daughter just made the Ravens cheer/dance squad.
Congrats on the latter and I agree on the former about Lamar and Harbaugh .

I watch a lot of Denver games. Nix is a system QB. Pretty good thrower, pretty good runner. Pretty good QB I guess, but I'm not sure how good he is playing out of Sean Payton's system. Same with Brock Purdy in Shanahan's system.
Might be a good take. Does that make Brees a system guy too?

IF you’re building a team today and could have any QB you want, who would you take? I’m thinking it would be between Burrow and Allen for me. Mahommes I’m concerned about his injuries. IF you want to go young, Drake Maye looks like he’s going to be really good.

Burrow over MyHomey, because injuries scare you? Wha, what? Burrow is about 5min away from needing a helmet, for his everyday life.

Maye is the definition of a paper tiger. New England could not have had the planets line up in their favor any better than last year, that ain't happening again.

I would get him an O line. Mahommes depends too much on scrambling IMO and has really gotten beat up. I think Burrow is healthy now.

That's pretty cool except the living near Baltimore part ....any truth to the rumors that the dance squads get paid very poorly for the hours they put in

IDK man, I think if we're talking regular season, OK... but if we want to factor in the post season...??? Not so sure.
I think it shows NFL is not really in a great place right now from a qb standpoint. These guys are older too and I think it will only get worse with the completely negligence in training qbs at the college level. If you pay a qb in college, he has to play, but not necessarily develop...then just replace him and he transfers if he isn't ready. Then he has to learn a new system, and rinse and repeat. Defense is just easier if guys are poorly coached and trained, so is running the ball. I assume the game will drift back to a running game, with some qb play action to ease decision making, and the wide-open style, where the qb throws 40-50 times a game is going to go away.

Burrow is done, he had that one good year. I don't think he will ever do anything in the NFL again...more power to him. He is loaded and ***** hot sloots.

Should express sympathies. She backed out of a 3 month $60,000 summer law internship that was leading to a $250K job next June ……. to be a cheerleader. 😕.
Criminal defense lawyer or cheerleader...either way she will get to meet some black dudes!

I kid, I kid...

It’s already going away Bo Nix threw it 612 times over 17 games. That’s 35 / per and that’s the most in the NFL . Most were about 30 and Josh Allen was like 26 .

Most definitely. But Brees was one hell of a system QB.

With experience, some system QBs grow to a point where some would say that they can run other offenses too. Brees actually improved his arm strength post shoulder surgery and he started to make more plays off script.
