Strange that you mention it. I had a few beers w/ some guys just yesterday afternoon and two of them said they had heard slightly different variations of each others story but that it is on hold because of funding, or lack thereof. Not the Howard'$ portion of it but the rest of it hasn't come together as expected.

Supposed to break ground after this season from my understanding.
I haven’t heard any issues on funding of the project
