Thoughts on my response to your Rosa Parks example? If you have any decency about politics/social issues, you'll admit the two "Revs" were wrong. They got what they came for though. More tv time, which equals for money.

Fox leans to the right, no doubt. But they were created to take away the monopoly that the other outlets had. You can deny me calling you a sheep to the left, but you are.

Your comment on why the legacy media has become compromised? Surely you know why. A way to control the masses is by controlling the media. The media is controlled by whoever makes the biggest donations.

Covid has been a very touchy issue. Big pharma makes huge donations through commercials. Now do you think the news outlet that those commercials are aired on will say anything that goes against those ads? Of course not.
Yep. They were wrong. Wouldn't have mattered either way for conservatives, though. You consistently deny every allegation of prejudice of any kind except when cis straight white Judeo-Christian men are involved. Oh, or if you can foment fear of immigrants and BIPOC when a pretty blonde girl gets murdered.

I deny I am a sheep and further, have thoroughly addressed and debunked your reasons for claiming I am a sheep. You don't even offer actual reasons anymore, probably so you can just throw it out there like an insult without exposing your poor rationale for it. On the other hand, when I say you are a sheep, I back it up thoroughly. (Note: not calling you a sheep at the mo'.)

FoxNews "leans" so far to the right they are lying down in a ditch. They have been intentionally partisan from their inception. They were designed to counter media that was generally trying to be objective, but had a small degree of natural human bias. And knowledge leans left. FoxNews is different and they are the worst. Period. Give me an article or video from FoxNews. I know how to analyze language and tone and point out specific, factual reasons why it is biased. I don't think you can do that with something from, for example, abc News. I think you hear things you don't like and automatically call it fake news, just like our President trained you. Oh, whoops, I guess I am calling you a sheep now, and I provided a sound reason for thinking that, too.

Again, you're not telling me anything new when you claim money has corrupted the media or politics or anything else. You're also not even offering any proof of these things, which means you're really just pushing it like a conspiracy theory. Even when you get one right, if you aren't providing well reasoned positions supported by evidence ahead of time, you're just lucky guessing.

Your delusion is on full display. I can't recall each incident you've referenced. Maybe you're right on all of them, but I have my doubts. The problem is every one is automatically (with great enthusiasm too) labeled an act of racism. Some are, some aren't. That's why each "potential one" should be dealt with on its own. Handling them case by case would be the logical way to go. But our media has NO desire for that. You're just like them. Ready, FIRE, then aim.

We all know why the media does what they do too. To keep us divided. Two of your hero's are perfect examples. They should have been MEN and publicly apologized to the Lacrosse players. They know if they would have done that, it would have possibly diminished some of the power they have had. They knew there was no more money and attention to be grabbed, so like the gutless cowards they are, they cut and ran.

Did you ever say what happened to them was wrong? If you have any decency at all, you did. It's also a very weak, pathetic attempt by you to label conservatives as being on the wrong side. Especially when every level headed person knows white liberals are generally more racist than conservatives.
Accusing me of delusion is easy. Offering any evidence of that whatsoever is not.

Many, many people on the Left do indeed rush to judgment, and quite often. I rarely do. People on the Right do, too, but here's the difference: The Left consists of numerous marginalized populations who have absolutely and undeniably been victims of injustice historically. It is completely reasonable to anyone with a shred of empathy and decency that people who bear the generational scars of that oppression would be on high alert against it continuing to happen. When they rush to judgment, it's often a defense mechanism. It costs nothing to hear them and it is easy to draw the line between their possibly emotionally compromised response and how it all plays out in a court of law. It's similar to how poor white people bristle at the notion of white privilege because in many other ways, they definitely don't have privilege. They're not interested in hearing academic reasons for why they absolutely do have white privilege when their lack of financial privilege is a far greater force in their lives.

Take this recent tragedy involving Nolan Wells' drowning. A group of friends goes boating. The one Black friend among them disappears and is later found drowned. Everyone else involved is white and has offered no explanation. Not 'he fell overboard,' not 'we were all swimming and he disappeared.' Nothing. They didn't even raise the alarm and call for help. They just returned without him. Why wouldn't Black people think something was suspicious? Why wouldn't you? Should the surviving friends already be sentenced to prison? Of course not. Should there be an investigation? Absolutely. Have such situations always resulted in investigations? Absolutely not. Sometimes the only reason there's an investigation is because people speak up loudly, demonstrate, protest. That's what happened with Trayvon Martin. That's what happened with Ahmaud Arbery.

It doesn't feel good when I hear Black people cite Nolan Wells' death as evidence that white people aren't safe. A difference between you and me, though, is that I don't take that personally and I understand what leads them to that conclusion. And why should it feel good? Why should my comfort be prioritized in that instance? Y'all, though? I bet those friends were drinking and I bet y'all are quick to conclude that that is the simple, full explanation for why Nolan drowned and he was underage so he deserved it. And Black people ranting about white people is further evidence of white genocide.

You know who I'm not as good at empathizing with? Lower income white people. The majority of people I've worked with and been surrounded by most of my adult life have been BIPOC. And as a white person, I feel like I have more authority speaking about the experience of being white, and it's pretty great, as far as being largely immune to a lot of the injustices the people I'm around the most experience. I need to get better in that area. I AM getting better in that area.

^LOL Typed all of that without having read beyond the first few sentences of your post. Didn't know I was countering practically everything you accused me of, but I did. Let's see... what did I miss? Jesse Jackson is one of the greatest civil rights leaders this country has ever seen. And he was wrong in the Duke lacrosse case. I've never cared for Sharpton. It's pretty douchy of you to call them my heroes.

The racism of white liberals is a frequent topic among my white liberal friends. That's how we get better. It is, however, a racism born of good intentions poorly executed. It's accidental. It's the kind of racism we acknowledge, apologize for, and do better moving forward. Conservative racism? Fighting to preserve slavery. Ending Reconstruction. Black codes. Jim Crow. Poll taxes. Lynchings. Fighting to keep schools segregated. Redlining. Profiling. "The Southern Strategy." Rolling back voting rights. Questioning President Obama's citizenship. Questioning Michelle Obama's gender.

Handling everything on a case by case basis is appropriate in its place... but acknowledging trends has its place, as well.

I've been very clear @Ghost of Dattier as to me saying I know you. We are on page 568, and your dna is allover this thread. Lynchings, segregation... boy you're really reaching. It's actually sad that you even bring these things up. Personally, I think you're on your phone or computer trembling. It might be the time for you to take one of your sabbaticals. Since you brought it up though, do you honestly think I'm for either? Or thought they were ever a good thing? You're a COMPLETE LOSER if you think I supported any of that. You think you (and the rest of your cronies on the left) are the only ones who are for equal rights... The left has just figured out a way to sell it. I honestly don't think most care for minorities. The Politicians? They only care when it's election time. Can I prove it? No. But we know it's fact by the things that keep happening, or aren't happening.

If we dislike a female who leans left, we are branded all the leftwing names that you can hurl our way. It's a clever tactic though, I mean the media has made a living off pushing that crap, so you're just being a good little minion by repeating what you've heard. Me not liking Kamala has nothing, I repeat nothing, to do with her being a female. She's just an idiot, and used her looks to gain an advantage. If she was a Republican, I'd feel the same way. I know you'd make fun of her if she was one. The problem though is if Kamala was a Republican, she wouldn't win. Voters on the right tend to have more common sense than the left does.

I do think you're very misguided politically, but are a compassionate person. I'm trying to throw you an olive branch, you just make it hard to.

I mentioned Rosa Parks in passing for her role in one of the most iconic civil rights events in US history. You brought up Rev Jackson & Rev Sharpton. I acknowledged they were in the wrong wrt Duke lacrosse. You brought up white liberal racism while downplaying conservative racism. I acknowledged white liberal racism and listed the history of conservative racism in this country. Why wouldn't segregation and lynchings be on that list? I was very deliberate in referring to conservatives collectively, not you personally. Yet you responded defensively. You can't even read what I wrote accurately, but you think you know me. Go ahead and keep shooting in the wrong direction.

You can't prove something but you know it to be a fact. Okay.

Lol. You claim your dislike of VP Harris has nothing to do with her gender... and in the very next sentence you bring up her looks! HAHAHAHA! Do you do that with male politicians? If you dislike a left-leaning or/and Democratic woman and disparage her for something related to her gender, you are being sexist. If you criticize her with falsehoods, you're wrong. AOC and Kamala Harris are brilliant and they have receipts. You don't like their politics and that's fine. Calling them shrill? A hag? Other derogatory terms for women? Yes, that is sexist. Calling them stupid? You're wrong, and toxic, and immature.

What part of anything you wrote do you think is an olive branch?

That one little line at the end of my post. No, it’s just one little measly line, but it’s one more than you’ve given in this thread.

You just refuse to get it about my disdain for Harris. It has nothing to do with her being a woman. It’s also no secret that good looking people have an advantage. For women though, it’s even more of one. Waitresses and secretaries are just two of the jobs where it pays for women to be good looking and well built.

Kamala used hers. The only downfall to that is she has to speak. They tried hiding her best they could for four years. Maybe she was more dense than they expected, or they thought they could coach her well enough. They couldn’t. Jeffries is pretty dense too, as is Pelosi, Schumer, Maxine, and AOC. Some of it might be the crowd they’re pandering to though. But you put them in a non softball tossing interview, their lack of intelligence is on full display.

I’m not crazy about some on the right, but for the most part, they speak well.

My gosh, anyone with half a brain knows Kamala Harris is as dumb as they come. I guess my wife is a sexist racist as well. If you don’t like someone’s opinion, you love to scream racism or sexism. It’s all from the liberal playbook. You’re the one who seems to be looking at skin color and gender. Give us a break.

If criticism focuses on her gender, it's sexist. If criticism focuses on her race, it's racist. Po-TAY-toe... still Po-TAY-toe

She went to Howard. She's a lawyer. She was a DA, then an AG, then a Senator, then the VP. Her intellect is unimpeachable, unlike our President.

You know how I responded in the private message you initiated.

She has had an impressive succession of jobs.....dumb, not even close...just say you dont like her, dont care for her, her politics etc...., but to say dumb and question her intellect, ...she and her accomplishments are far from that🤔

You really have been indoctrinated if you watched (and defended) what we all saw for four years out of the clown show "led by" Biden & Harris, yet now you notice and criticize EVERYTHING that is going on. Huge difference is that we aren't defending everything now. Read that line again.

From 21 through 24 you guys saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil. Oh I'm sorry, you did spend those four years harping on Trump. Carry on.

*Sigh.* You've been told all of this before...

The only thing I pushed back on was the ignorant idea that by 2022, President Biden was by far the absolute worst President by far in the entire history of the United States by far and it wasn't even close (ie, "by far"). Your extremist hyperbole is a non-starter on any kind of productive discussion, mac. Do you want my list of 10 Presidents who were worse yet again? I don't know what good it would do to give it to you a 6th time since you have no respect for teachers, education, or anyone else's expertise unless they agree with you.

President Trump is peerless. There is no comparison.

Not sure what inspired this particular rant, mac. Have you still not connected the dots that I was alluding to Senator Graham's demise?

It's easy to say Biden was the worst President ever. We all know someone was behind the curtain calling the shots. He was limped him out there in front of the tv every so often only out of obligation. You just REFUSE to see (or maybe admit) this. Admitting that would mean you'd truly have to acknowledge how corrupt your side is. The ONLY time you mention corruption is when Trump is in charge, or when an Elephant is accused of being shady. For the humpteenth time, had it not been for that one debate Ol Joe had to do, your side would have gotten away with it. They had been gaslighting us so long, we smelled like fuel. This is exactly why It's impossible to take you guys serious, because you all only see the road going one way. Even when it happened on LIVE TV.

I don't need your help connecting any dots about Senator Graham. You take advantage of every opportunity you get to take your usual cheap shots, even in a death. You then stand back and go "HE DID IT FIRST." If I didn't know any better, I'd think you have taught the young kids a little too long, and they've rubbed off onto you.

What part should I respond to? You didn't ask any questions. You just repeated the same things I've responded to before without any adjustment based on my answers. Will "Nuh-uh" cover it?

Was Biden hidden from the public? Yes. Did he mumble, fumble, shuffle... for his entire term? Yes. Was he kept out of the public's eye? A big fat Yes. Was the Left at a loss for words after his awful debate performance? Again, Yes. Did Harris try to cackle her way out of interviews, or talk in circles when she was asked any questions of substance? Oh Yes.

You can call names all you want, but these are facts. Saying you're bored is just another diversion. Tell me where I'm wrong. But you know you can't.

Looks like you have already provided the only answers you'll accept.
So you think Biden “led” our country, and had major influence in decision making?

I think it was criminal what they did to that man. If my dad was anywhere mentally like Biden was, I’d have NEVER let him get in front of the public. I don’t think you would either.

It tells you all you need to know about someone when they say they’re glad someone died. I don’t care for a lot of people, but when they pass I feel bad for them and their family members unless they were purely evil. Senator Graham was just like every politician. Always looking out for themselves first.
