Yep, that is what every report said. But apparently the lawyer wants us (really the judge) to believe that was just Ferrari's unique way of getting to the truck on the way to turning himself in. You don't have to believe that. Given the judge's designation of Ferrari as a flight risk, he didn't.
Now that I think about it, he was probably just getting in some last-minute bear crawls to have a good pump for his mugshot. Chess, not checkers.
Is it against the law to crawl out of a garage in Nebraska? I rest my case and I haven't even stayed at a Holliday Inn Express in the last 6 months.

Not with an(other) DV case on his rap sheet. I guess maybe if he’s acquitted in short order someone maybe takes a risk on him, but at this point I don’t think there’s a single Title IX office that lets him step foot on campus.
Yeah there’s no way. He was having trouble finding a school before this whole incident. The best thing for him to do is move on to MMA or something.
The best thing for him to do is clean up his life and settle his legal issues. I cannot see MMA, or anyone, touching him while he has open legal issues of this magnitude.

And I wouldn’t so sure about MMA not touching him. The UFC has a guy who is way less talented than AJ and has been arrested like 12 times and is part of a gang and they’ve still kept him around.

Want to be clear I love Oklahoma! Even though I'm not living there now I centered my career around fixing the issues I listed and intend to apply that skillset to OK at some point. So the stats I pulled out are not a "gotcha", it's my reason for doing what I do every day. As to the preferred states question, I could probably find a nice place to live in any state. It's nice having access to a city as needed but I'm not trying to live in one that's for sure.
