Im not celebrating his death by any means, but did this country not celebrate osama bin Laden’s death? I didn’t see anyone questioning it then.

Well this one pulled me in the thread. You feel these people are similar?

Are you mourning the guy that openly admitted to putting Israel above the US? This appears to be the only way the swamp will ever get drained. Let Karma cook.
He has ALWAYS put this country first. He knows we have been in a fight with terrorists for fourty years and theres ONE ,AND ONLY ONE, country is standing in the way of these hateful people and it's Israel. You're just not smart enough to understand. He single handedly got Brett Kavanaugh elected.

Sometimes the world is made better when certain people leave it.
This statement will haunt you. My crystal ball says you have 2 years and 18 days left. Live it up. Tragic automobile accident. Crystal is telling me that. Mark this statement and get back to me the day before

Serious question for Libs. Do you honestly believe that baby killing and LBQXYZ supporter Annie Andrews will fill the seat?

Gowdy would be perfect but I don’t think he’d accept

Fvcking Nacy Mace has already expressed interest though
Gowdy would be perfect but don't think he would accept. Tim Scott irunning the Us Republican senate campaign could possibly sway Gowdy since they are good friends but just don't know.

Knowing McMaster possibly offering to
Evette .

Thread is enlightening! I don’t do politics so my knowledge of Lindsay Graham is merely that he was a long time politician. But this thread reminds me why i don’t dive much into political bs! Celebrating a fellow South Carolinians death, comparing it to Osama Bin Laden, etc… politics doesn’t just pull the evil out of politicians, it does the same to everyday people! Sad times in this country! May Lindsay Graham, the human, RIP!

When 80+% of our politicians are funded by AIPAC these are the outcomes we've grown accustomed to. I wish the people would use logic, common sense and a hefty dose of research before casting their votes. Sadly over 90% just choose based on a letter in front of names.
First of all AIPAC is an American lobby group of “American” citizens..This is America and just like the other 8,000 lobby groups in Washington.. Jewish Americans have a right to lobby for whatever they want because this is America dipsh$t.. Number 2 which is if any of you antisimites ever bothered to know the truth
AIPAC isn’t even close to the biggest lobbying group in Washington.. China, Japan, numerous other countries and organizations.. Foreign organizations give way more money to our government..

If your empathy is totally dependent upon having an R or D by your name you are a sad human. I do not have much respect for any politician for the fact I think the vast majority of them are crooked people. But all of those people had life before politics. They leave behind family and friends that were there before they became a public figure. I respect the people that decide to enter the political world BUT I think that world corrupts a ton of them over time.
That’s not it. He was a bad human. I don’t mourn bad humans.

i immediately felt for his wife and children but then remembered he was a single man. I think he leaves behind his kid sister who he raised on his own.

Agreed...Graham was not my favorite but I will say I have had to utilize his office on a few occasions and they were always very responsive and helpful. Most recently when needing an expedited passport. His office made it happen in less than a week...I was most appreciative as mine somehow disappeared and wife would not have been happy had I not been able to go on a trip we had paid for.

Whether you agreed with him or not, he represented the state and was strong on his stances. I've been much more of a fan of Tim Scott but I think Graham caught a little too much sh-t. Some warranted, some not. Prayers to his family, prayer to the interim being a good fit and helpful to the state. Comparing him to Bin Laden is just an asinine and ignorant post...I would say I'm surprised but being on this board daily, nothing surprises me anymore. A-holes hiding behind handles are getting more and more regular.

you've been a member since 2001 and I have never even seen your user name...checked post history and seemingly you only post politics on here and Iowa's message board...why join 2 football message boards to talk nothing but politics?
