Early April, Pete Hegseth said that Iran’s missile program was “functionally destroyed,”. And stockpiles were depleted, decimated and ineffective.

I’ve said this before:

The best day to walk away was yesterday. The second best day is today. The third best day is tomorrow.

We keep letting good days to walk away slip by so we can pretend there is some master plan to finish a fight we never should have started and have no idea how to end,

Just.Walk.Away.

I have never seen anything from Trump to indicate he is capable of 2nd level thinking.

First-level thinking is superficial and fast. It's the gut-reaction conclusion that most people reach simultaneously. For example:
  • Business: "We need to boost sales, so let's permanently lower our prices."
    • Personal Finance: "The item I want is 30% off, so I'm saving money by buying it now."
    • Investing: "This company had a great earnings report, so the stock price will go up."
Second-level thinkers consider the consequences of those consequences. They dive into the complexities, hidden costs, and delayed reactions that others overlook.

Add to this he now can’t remember the first level choices more than a few hours…

Indeed. Most politicians never think through the unintended consequences of their policies/actions and Trump is the worst at it in my lifetime.

Trump gets away with it because he is such an agent of chaos that, by the time the consequences arrive, the media is too busy talking about the latest thing he has f*cked up. It’s the Steve Bannon philosophy. And while the majority of the country see it, Trump’s base is too stupid or too stubborn to budge.

Had we walked away they would be alive today, the strait would be open, prices would be falling and we would have billions more in the bank.

How anyone can see this as anything but a complete clusterf*ck of a war is beyond me.
Its FAKE NEWS.

We just dropped bunker busters on Iran’s 4th Tactical Fighter Base in Dezful, western Iran. The strikes were reportedly carried out focusing on an underground missile storage facility.

Doesn’t look like we’re slowing down at all. This could be the strikes to finally sink the Islamofascist regime.

Keep the pedal down, boys!

Breaking: Iran planned to assassinate Trump in Turkey: 🚨

It can now be reported that Iran was planning to assassinate President Trump during the NATO summit in Turkey.

Israel had warned the Americans in recent days about Iranian plans to target Trump, including direct warnings raised by Ambassador Huckabee.

Western intelligence picked up Iranian preparations for the assassination on Turkish soil, and that warning led to the decision to switch the presidential aircraft before Trump left Turkey.

Iranian officials saw Trump's arrival in Turkey as a rare opportunity to kill him, but the warning reached the Americans in time.

This also explains why Trump ordered strikes in Iran that same night.

🚨💥 HELL ON EARTH FOR IRAN! TRUMP IS UNLEASHING TOTAL DEVASTATION — AND HE’S NOT HOLDING BACK!
Three straight nights of absolute INFERNO raining down on Iranian terror targets!
140 sites ** obliterated** — air defenses shredded, radar sites vaporized, missile & drone factories turned to rubble, and their entire “mosquito fleet” of IRGC boats wiped off the map!
The Strait of Hormuz will NEVER be the same.
Trump just sent a message the world won’t forget: Cross America and pay the ultimate price.
WHO ELSE IS WATCHING HISTORY UNFOLD? 🔥🇺🇸
