My choice is Tina Turner , but being the Queen of Rock & Roll suits her just fine
Bonnie Tyler( being Welsh) was considered "Britain's First Lady if Rock" so thus the compliment
But you're right to point out the others , because I didn't qualify it was Britain's First Lady of Rock
making it look like she was considered better then those you mentioned and the two great ones I added.
