***CC22 and the Fever mega thread***

CC has played three games @ LA in her career. She is shooting 3-20 from 3pt.
No, but now all 4 of her turnovers were bad passes not seeing the floor and being too "Casual Clark".
CC and the Fever are done as a relationship. Everyone knows it.
Jeezus, the Fever are going to give up 110 pts again, to a team without two of their stars. Just atrocious defense.
Can't really blame Caitlin either because she hasn't been on the floor enough.......

Yep, bad passes, but the whole team sucks except for Mitchell in the third quarter. If Clark wasn’t ready to play, they should have sat her out, not spot play her.
Raven can be just terrible some games.

Well, since they lost by 14 w/ out Boston and won by 24 w/ out CC...
Don't watch tomorrow. Sounds like they're going to sit her Thursday because of the back to back. Probably just as well playing Thomas the toughie in round 3 on the road....Tuning in for CC.... So far haven't seen her. Wonder what the pitch count is for her tonight.
Have tix for the Fever Lynx game later this month, so she can rest until then, if needed
Doubt you'll see that with the Fever as long as White and her staff are coaching...
Which has a lot to do with her effort I think. I don't think for a minute that she thinks White trusts her to run this team as CC22. Maybe she's done trying to give that. Not saying that's a good look for her either, but this union looks like a square peg in a round hole. Once again NO interior defense of any kind either. No threat to score from the wing, or the post when Bostons out. Roster, roster, roster.....
Did they deliberately lose or is their HC incompetent at her job? I don't care how great anyone is but no one in the history of sports has scored while sitting on the bench.

I can't imagine how torturous it must be to watch basketball for one player
Fever have given up 100+ points in 10 of their 21 games. Maybe SW ought to figure that out.

The Fever allowed all their opponent's starters to score in double figures again. Meanwhile, Fever starters Hines-Allen and Billings combined to score 4 points.
Her effort last night was not good. It just wasn't. Her body language is terrible. Now, I don't know how much that has to do with the injury, just everything going on in general, her relationship with White, which no matter how they try to show it's fine, ( it's clearly not) or what. I looked up the box score in the 2nd qtr and saw they were down and she was 2-6 with 3 turnovers and had played about half the game. Turned it on to see her miss a 3 and then not get back on D, sitting by herself on the bench, have White call her to come back into the game with a minute and a half to go in the 3rd qtr and then call her back to the bench. It's a total shitshow on all sides here. Nobody looks happy out there. She's getting zero support from the organization publicly, but of course they make her come out and in support of Thomas. I'm pretty much done watching at this point.
She looked to me like she was playing physically tight…… like her back was either sore or she was protecting it…… she didn’t even try to play defense
Having a tender back….. the constant bumping and physical play directed at her are only going to be worse now that her opponents know she’s hurt…. they smell blood
It's sad what has happened, halfway through her third season. She was, and therefore the Fever were, appointment television for us in season 1. Literally planned days around when she would play. We were at level 100 of 100 in terms of interest. The offseason between seasons 1 and 2 only had us more excited: new coach, new management, supposedly better players. Still level 100 interest level. Then season 2 started happening, but we were still very interested. Watched all games she played in, and most she did not. But it was disappointing. Interest level was about 95 heading into the offseason. Then the draft and free agency happened. Then the season started. It has become clear to me that 90% of the W hates Caitlin, always will, do not want to play with her, and enjoy targeting her. The refs are as inconsistent as ever, which really kills the product in my view. This is really looking like a square peg round hole situation with Caitlin and White and perhaps the W overall, and the team just isn't very good in terms of depth. They don't play defense and Caitlin looks joyless, at the moment. I would have thought it unthinkable that they trade her, or that she might leave for Europe, but I don't know now. All I know is that watched the first half, and then a few minutes of the second half before I turned it off and went to sleep. My interest level is now about a 10 out of 100, until something changes. 0% chance I am watching tonight since they preemptively ruled her out. Maybe she needs to go to someplace like LA where is not in such a fish bowl, and get a fresh start...
I thought she actually looked good in the way she moved. Just had an off night shooting, and then she would get pulled after 3 minutes, so there was not time to settle in and get the mojo going.
