If AJ had just been smart enough to turn his ankle during the foot pursuit he could taken a medical this year, an ORS in ‘28, then collected the big bucks in ‘29.

...and here i was assuming that his attorney was negotiating the terms under which he would turn himself in.
BTW, that sort of surreptitious behavior juuuuuuussstt miiiiiiiiiight be referenced in a bail hearing regarding his potential to be a flight risk.
I think what happened is that there wasn’t actually any warrant issued on July 3rd. But a few reporters that especially despise AJ made one up and then when a county judge saw the reporting, they were tricked into issuing one four days later.

It's almost as if AJ and Graham Platner are trying to outdo one another.
The whole 'crawling" thing makes me think back to my college days, decades ago.
Our fraternity ... well, we hazed. One of the "highlights" of the hazing was a one-time thing known as the "G", which stood for "gauntlet". The G took place late at night at a remote offsite athletic field owned by the college. So on the appointed night, we've got all the bros lined up with paddles and the pledges ready to run the G, when suddenly a car pulls up in the parking lot in the distance. Then, a little spotlight illuminates on the car. We all dropped to the ground and were laying there in the open field, while the little spotlight lit us up, one after the other. Finally, one of the seniors yells out from within our group, "THIS IS SO STUPID. HE CAN SEE US. JUST STAND UP!" So we all did, staring at each other. A delegation was sent over to talk with what turned out to be "Officer F", who was the kind of campus security officer who would report that a townie "fell down the stairs" in the event of fisticuffs at a campus party. So Officer F says, "a little activity tonight boys?" And the delegate says, "yes, uh, activity." And Officer F responded, "well, I won't try to tell you whether that's a good idea or a bad idea right about now, but I will say, you tell that ying-yang brother "S" of yours that he parked his car in front of the fire hydrant around the corner from the field, and he's got about 15 minutes to move it."
We were gone within that 15 minutes. There was no G that year.

I'm not well versed in evasive maneuvers, but wouldn't it make more sense to pull the getaway vehicle into the garage and close the doors long before you try to sneak into the back seat?
Garage was unavailable as it had various weights and other pink apparatus taking up the space.
IDK... yeah this is a kid who has more than his share of screw ups. But feel like we obsess a little too much about a kid that is not part of our program and we sound like we are rooting for his demise. We have the dynasty with kids who are excelling. Lets spend more time and energy on that. Yes give us the news bc he is competition (or at least potential competition) and we are invested in NCAA wrestling..... AJ is part of that narrative. So tell me the news...

In comedy, there is indeed an endpoint when you’ve squeezed every bit of juice out of the orange. But when your improv partner keeps giving you new and more ridiculous propositions to work with, well, you dont just end the bit.
not wrong.... AJ does a good job of inviting any and all criticism but why do we care so much about AJ.... give me the news. A little bit of comedy relief and have fun... but much of the time if moves beyond fun and sounds personal way too much! Again just my opinion. Keep it fun!

Dylan Palacio is now saying he was the one who tipped off the cops as to AJ’s location. He made a fake instagram account to chat with him and used the geolocation info of a photo (I think) to get his latitude and longitude.
