The fact that you are triple checking a local government's auto updates on a spreadsheet to prove in your mind that you are correct is very telling. I think the local agencies in Nebraska probably "peaked" around 11am Thursday with their work output. I will call into their office tomorrow to verify if their auto updates are twice a day, and if that is at all impacted by holidays.Were 12 pm ones as well
