I voted for the lesser of two evils. Biding my time until better options become available. And hopefully they will.
OK let's play a little hypothetical Presidential preview of your likely choices in '28.

Let's say J.D Vance is the GOP candidate...about as opposite from Trump as you can get in terms of his speaking style....but 100% behind the policies you claim to support.

Then on the other side, let's say Dems throw their support behind failed California Governor Gavin Newsome...whom they have managed to portray as a "sensible moderate" unlike some of the DSA radicals now trying to take over that loser party.

Who gets your vote? Who is the "lesser of two evils" in that match up? (which is more likely for '28 than most other match ups btw)

Rumor is your Nazi Nominee from Maine allegedly raped a kid while in Iraq. If true he needs to be in prison.

Looks like they will report this story first.

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) last month re: his support for Graham Platner. “If there was evidence of sexual assault, I’d have zero support for him.” A Maine woman who says she was hesitant to come forward because she shares Platner’s politics has now accused him of entering her house without permission and raping her while drunk in 2021. Platner denies the allegations.
@FoxNews
is reaching out to Khanna’s team for comment.

Extremely serious allegations here. The woman says Platner came to her house in 2021 despite her telling him not to. She claims he let himself in, was drunk, raped her over her objections, and ejaculated inside of her despite her telling him not to because she wasn’t on birth control. More: Racicot said she was torn over coming forward in part because she agrees with Platner politically. “One of the reasons I didn’t come forward sooner was, the huge moral conflict that I had between supporting his politics, but not supporting him as a person,” she said. “I just want the truth out there. I just want people to have a whole scope of who he is as a person.”

In that scenario, I would likely vote Vance, although he has shown himself to be a liar as well regarding the Iran War and his MOA. Still, I would venture to guess Newsom would be too extreme, similar to Nancy, and likely in favor of reestablishing DEI policies (aka select discrimination) and higher taxes. So JD (I once hated Trump) Vance would likely get my vote. Did I pass? 😂

Sounds like a deviant, rapist to me but can you trust the accuser? Why did it take her so long to report the rape? Why now? Sounds a bit sketchy to me?

Well you're a good liar at least! 🤣 JD Vance is all MAGA all the time and didn't you say earlier in the thread you'd NEVER join us in the MAGA movement?

See an interesting thing happens when you initially lie. You then have to tell more lies to cover the previous lies you tell, then pretty soon you're telling so many lies you can't keep them straight and you end up exposing yourself as a liar by your own lies!

You actually told the truth when you boasted "you'd never join MAGA". Now to cover your lies that you are Christian, you're trying to lie that you'd vote for the assumed next leader of the entire MAGA agenda.

Sorry, your lies expose yourself as an inveterate liar.

I read something interesting the other day which probably has zero chance of happening for several reasons. But what if Donny were successful in changing the 22nd Amendment, and allowed to run for a 3rd term. His likely democratic opponent would be Barrack Obama. Now THAT would be a very interesting election. The debates alone would be worth the price of admission.

You eagerly voted for Obama and he was the epitome of DEI policies, promoting them, AND raised taxes! He and Nancy Pelosi were joined at the hip promoting the very policies you now claim to oppose. You voted for him twice!

Not only are you a miserable liar, you're not even very good at it. (I lied when I said you were) just chalk that up to me copying what you liars on the Left have perfected. 🙄

Do some women lie? Like when Trump was falsely accused. It happens. His Nazi Tattoo, Mental Health issues, Being a member of the DSA were disqualifying enough for me. Can't believe more Democrats didn't pick up on those clues faster.

OK, here we go again. You knew exactly what I was talking about yet choose to play ignorant. You are just playing word games. You KNOW that the 22nd Amendment restricts a president from holding the office for more than two terms. However, it has been floated by him and others of finding ways for him to do so. Whether that be Amending the constitution or otherwise.

Why did you not have the same opinion of E. Jean Carroll who waited more than two decades to report Trump?

And not-so-coincidentally during his campaign for a 2nd term?

But you're questioning a woman's accusations against a real Nazi from 6 years ago?

How unbiased of you. 🙄

Exactly. So we shouldn’t rush to judgement. And the fact she mentions politics in the article is a Red Flag for me. What rape victim cites politics as a reason for delaying the report? He sounds scummy but I have concerns about her as well. Don’t you?

Trump knows it would be virtually impossible to add an ammendment to the Constitution allowing him to run again. He doesn't support it, and has never advocated pursuit of it. He simply says that to tweak you miserable Leftists because it sends you all into hysteria even thinking he could possibly pull it off.

You obviously took the bait because you are so terrified of him in your advanced stages of TDS. You Leftists haven't been able to stop him on anything else, so you losers think that he could actually change the Constitution and run again. Scares the Hell of you miserable deranged malcontents.

Look on the bright side, at least he'd be willing to follow the Constitution if he wanted a 3rd term instead of violating the Constitution as Obama did to try and keep him from even assuming office in the first place!

Come to think of it, this really is his 3rd term anyway, because you miserable losers cheated to steal his re election he won in '20. 😉

I was playing the hypothetical game like he was with his Vance - Newsom scenario. If Donny were to find a way to run again, which he won’t, his likely opponent would be Barack Obama. And I would find that to be Great Theater. It won’t happen but that would be fun to watch.

That Civil Case was funded by Reid Hoffman who is also under multiple Investigations. Information also previously shared on the board.

I didn't say anything. I was just pointing out your hypocrisy.

Carroll was a registered Democrat who voted for Trump’s opponents. Trump was found guilty in a state who hated Trump.

Her timing is suspect. The judge clearly hated Trump and showed bias. The jurors showed clear bias.

Doesn't matter now. Again. Just pointing out your hypocrisy.

Actually, you’re the hypocrite. When Donny was accused, your first response was to DEFEND him. You immediately attacked and tried to discredit the accuser. Just like you just did above. I, on the other hand, called this cretin a deranged, scumbag rapist, but questioned her credibility, too. See the difference?

Hey Gunny, different topic. I appreciate your candidness last night regarding your situation. As a non-vet, I am only privy to what I hear and read about the poor treatment Veterans receive from the VA. Has that been your experience as well and have you found that you get more and better help from a Republican administration than from the Democrats? Just curious and I hope you do receive the highest quality healthcare treatment that you have earned and deserve. I mean that sincerely.

I'm retired so I have Tricare Insurance. I don't go to the VA. There were plenty of horror stories from previous Administrations though. Trump's Administration has actually done a lot to fix it but there's more work to be done.

It was beyond atrocious under Obama. Trump first term, they really put a focus on it and got it turned around and heading in the right direction. No real change either way since through Biden or 2nd Trump admin.

Militarily, and as a veteran, Trump’s admins have been so much better than Obama or Biden. The biggest impact was clearly defined mission objectives and appropriate delegation of authority. In general, in Democrat administrations, they want everything going to the White House for approval. You can honestly tell by this how out of touch with reality these guys are, not realizing the ckusterfvck they cause by retaining what amounts to operational command authority.

Trump delegated the decision making authority back down to where it made sense, usually with the commander on the ground. There are some pretty defined parameters and as long as you’re in that box, execute.

Having worked with all of the services on the ground pretty closely, the analogy is this. In the Army, they tell you everything you’re allowed to do, and if it doesn’t say to do it, you don’t. It eliminates creative problem solving and initiative.

In the Navy and Marine Corps, they tell you everything you’re not allowed to do, proceed accordingly and exercise good judgement and discretion; and if you really need to do the thing you’re not supposed to do due to mission parameters, you can.

Candidly, I wouldn’t let any of my nieces or nephews into the service under Biden. That administration was the most disorganized clusterfvck of an admin I’d seen in my lifetime. Take the Afghan withdrawal for example. They turned that over to the State Dept to plan and execute. There’s a pretty common saying, the DoS can’t plan a fvcking birthday party, let alone a complex military withdrawal. They literally left the Afghan military to die and caused the collapse of AFG. They withdrew logistics and intel first. The guys had been taught to fight like us and we chop both legs out from under them at jump street. Then, the actual final weeks, they were literally talking and planning the photo op for Biden as “the President who got us out of Afghanistan 20 years to the day after 9/11”. That whole situation made “Mission Accomplished” look like a good idea. The best part about it? They were begging contractors to hold the line to the end because of how badly they fvcked the situation up. Heads should’ve rolled in the Pentagon and DoS. Nope, nada, nothing. It was a disgrace.

A Dem administration could offer me weekly steak& blowjob nights and I assume punch myself in the dick than vote for one of those morons.

You can ***** all you want about Trump and his demeanor and personality. Compared to the sheer incompetence of Dem admins wit h the military? He’s a million times better.
