This is an embarrassingly childishly simplistic characterization of equality, and language. And, yet, you keep championing it, as if you have the whole thing figured out, and everyone else is just lagging behind.

Obviously a lie. You work an absolute nothing job at a college campus, with no responsibility whatsoever. You admitted your job is so unimportant that a former boss would just not show up for work. That doesn't happen in real jobs. There aren't attorneys who are hired at reputable law firms who just don't show up. There aren't surgeons who get canned for not showing up to surgeries. And so on. Those kinds of people exist at McDonald's store-level employment opportunities. And, usually, even at a place like McDonald's, the bosses aren't folks who don't show up for work ... those would be the lowest-level underlings, trying to establish themselves while they're fighting demons ... even at a lowest-level McDonald's situation, you don't get promoted to any kind of supervisory role until you've proven you can do bare minimum things, like show up to work. So your job must be completely and totally meaningless.

Ah, well, it doesn't surprise me that you're blissfully ignorant. He was a guy - a white guy - who lost his job in the real world because he berated people with the n-word. So he decided to become this caricature of the lowest, scummiest kind of guy ... like you, but in real life ... who would go around calling black people the n-word in public ... hoping to get a bad reaction from them, and streaming that on a platform that paid him money. And if black people freaked out, he'd call it "chimping out." He'd carry mace and a firearm, because he was a real man's man. He's now in jail, awaiting trial on attempted murder charges.
I can only assume you are another white person not wanting equality and making sure there will always be a divide between black and white people.

It's not a desire for inequality to recognize that reappropriation in culture and language is an acceptable thing. There are many occasions where a slur hurled at one group is "taken back" by the victimized group, and where it's not culturally appropriate for the prior abuser to use that terminology, but the victim class is able to use it amongst themselves.
And when it reaches the point where the victims are feeling empowered enough to reappropriate the slur, and society is aware enough to condemn the use of the word as a slur ... anyone who still chooses to use it, as a slur, is the absolute lowest of the low. Worthless scum. It's one thing when you grow up in a culture where it's frequently used and accepted, and you just learn it, or you go along with it ... it's quite another when you're fully aware that civilized society does not approve of it, and what it has meant to the victimized class in the past ... and then you STILL choose to use it, and direct it at the people who were victimized by that characterization in the past.
Your desire to show them they won't be the boss of you by hurling insults like "ph@ggot" and the n-word is just the result of you feeling intrinsically worthless and powerless, and being jealous when you see people that YOU think are equally worthless having some power (according to you) that you don't.
