Drop it Scrubby, we know what happened and you have zero credibility on this board so we know we can't trust a word you say. But if the govt. really cared, they would allow the state of Minnesota access to the evidence.....unless they fear what the evidence would show.

You can stop now
I know we know what happened. I posted the officer body cam video for that exact reason. Amazingly, what you describe didn't happen on video though. So weird.

Why would they allow the state of Minnesota review what is under federal purview? That makes no sense, especially when MN is best known for losing billions in fraud to Somali fraudsters and the governor pardoning pedophiles/child rapists to protect them from deportation?

You don't know how anything works lol

“Her dead leg was on the pedal”
I’m fn ☠️
The Sequence of Events

Before the shots: ABC News' frame-by-frame review of the video showed Good turning her steering wheel to the right, steering her vehicle away from Agent Ross. She was moving forward slowly.

The shooting: Standing several feet away, Ross fired three to four shots.

The impact: An independent autopsy commissioned by Good’s family revealed that one bullet entered the left temple and exited the right side of her head, causing an immediately fatal and incapacitating injury.
  • "The acceleration: Because the fatal shot instantly incapacitated her while the vehicle was in drive, her foot involuntarily remained or slumped on the gas pedal. This caused the SUV to surge forward uncontrollably. It then sped into two nearby parked cars."

Imagine my surprise that my being a Harvard-educated man is so triggering to you. So predictable lol my education is long documented btw 😉

Yes, she did. She attacked a law enforcement officer while being detained with her vehicle, plowing directly into the officer as she was instructed to get out of her car. She was a domestic terrorist interfering with legal law enforcement operations. She was there to cause trouble, and we now know she was using the signal chats to coordinate attacks on ice agents with other domestic terrorists. She absolutely got what she deserved in this circumstance. You nust want to defend her because she is a leftist loser like you. Now go "misremember" some more details about something else.

"This was done in part because the victim's family agreed to the deal to spare the child from the trauma of testifying a second time."

Wow, your AI responses have just about gotten to the point I made originally. Again, you are clueless about the details of the case and are flailing by trying to use this as a defense to tampon tim pardoning an illegal alien pedophile so he wouldn't be deported and can stay in the country to rape more children.

Seriously, do you ever get tired of racking up all these Ls?
There’s no reason to lie about your education buddy. It doesn’t make you cool or smart. Your constantly wrong opinions expose you as the idiot you are.

Because, wait for it, a Minnesota resident was killed in...Minnesota! A normal administration would care about getting to the truth and would share duties with the state. A corrupt one would not.

A domestic terrorist died while attempting to kill a federal law enforcement officer while actively being detained. We've already seen the body cam footage and the evidence of her running directly into the officer before being shot. Minnesota has zero authority over this and is a lawless shi thole lol

Yawn, you're too stupid for words and you don't give a lick about the truth. Get off the internet and go harass some trannies.

"It’s a misconception that federal officials can’t be prosecuted by state authorities, said Bryna Godar of the State Democracy Research Initiative at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

She said federal agents can be prosecuted under state law by either state or local prosecutors. But federal agents are given some limited immunity to prosecution.

The court will look at “whether the federal officer was acting in a way that was authorized by federal law and taking actions that were necessary and proper to fulfilling their federal duties,” Godar said. “In other words, were they acting reasonably?”

I don’t know if it was before or after they shot Ashley Babbit, but it was the same day (and the same building):

Security unlocked and opened other doors of the capitol building, and stood and watched civilians walk past them into the building.

If that fact doesn’t make you ask some serious questions… you’re a liberal.

Dude, this has been covered ad nauseum. When the officers realized they were overwhelmingly outnumbered, they started using de-escalation techniques to save their own lives.

If you don't already know this....you're a magat.

They opened the doors prior to Ashley being killed. The capitol police (and fbi informants) actually led the crowd of people into the capitol to begin with. It was all a set up.

De-escalation techniques like opening magnetically sealed doors that protesters could never gain entry into without them being opened from the inside? Wild cope my guy but you do you 😂

A woman who was covered from head to toe and the tip of the spear for a violent mob behind her, but in your broken brain, you think the police officer should have known in the split second she crashed through the window that she was an unarmed female who wanted to pass out cookies. GD you people are so f***** up in the head it's unbelievable.
Meanwhile Good tries to murder an Agent by running him over and is killed in the process and you cry. One person was unarmed and not attacking anybody(you support her killing) and the other person was attempting to flee and tried to runover and kill an Agent. You opposed her killing. The reason for the difference in your opinion one is a leftist and the other wasnt. You are ok with the murder of people on the right. This country is done now with elections that never end and anybody can vote even if they dont have a legal right to vote. This country is going to be in a very dark place in the next 2 years. I know you will laugh at the thought, but trust me nobody will be laughing on either side. You have been doing what Russia and China wanted you to do. They have been pushing this since the 50's and its coming together for them. You are Putin's puppet and dont even realize it...

Yeah ok…

for the first time in law enforcement history, they decided to fully allow the thing they were trying to stop, in order to de-escalate the situation.

You’re funny.

She'd be alive if she complied. Pretty simple.

Also, very odd to mention skin color, as if her being white and the cop being black had anything to do with the situation that she put herself in.
Good and the other assclown would be alive also if they just complied, right?

No, that is obviously (D)ifferent. You hit the nail on the head in your other post. They are driven entirely by political affiliation and nothing else at the end of the day. It's a cult. Renee Good was benevolent in her domestic terrorism because immigration bad and trumpis evil. Ashley babbit deserved it because she was a trump supporter. That's literally all there is to their "logic".

1: Think up something, anything, that makes a slight bit of sense to your extremely biased libtard mind.

2: Immediately have yourself convinced that that’s the truth.

No I don't remember something some bot on social media told you that you believe gives you the right to say he didn't use good judgement. He did the right thing, period, and there should have been a lot more victims than her.

And I know what your tired response will be but Ofc Sicknick would definitely still be alive today if he didn't have to fight a violent mob that day who sprayed him with chemicals. And we also know the four who committed suicide shortly after were due to the trauma they experienced that day. Quit trying to whitewash that day Scrubby, it's vile.

Officer Jeffrey Smith (D.C. Metropolitan Police)
  • The Incident: Officer Smith was struck in the face with an iron bar and racially harassed while defending the Capitol. His family reported that his personality drastically changed immediately after January 6. [1, 3, 4]
  • The Evidence: A psychiatrist hired to evaluate his case concluded that the severe head trauma and psychological shock from the attack were the direct precipitating causes of his suicide. In a landmark decision, the D.C. Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Board and the U.S. Department of Justice officially classified his suicide as a death in the line of duty. [1, 2]

Officer Howard Liebengood (U.S. Capitol Police)
  • The Incident: Officer Liebengood worked nearly round-the-clock shifts under extreme duress immediately following the riot. He took his own life three days after the attack. [1, 2, 3, 5]
  • The Evidence: His widow and mental health advocates strongly advocated for his recognition, stating that the intense trauma and sleep deprivation from the event broke his well-being. His death was also officially designated as a line-of-duty death, a determination reserved for officer suicides caused directly by service-related trauma. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Officer Gunther Hashida & Officer Kyle DeFreytag (D.C. Metropolitan Police)
  • The Incident: Both officers responded to the heavy violence at the Capitol and took their own lives later in July 2021.
  • The Evidence: While private suicide notes are generally kept confidential by law enforcement and families, local officials and President Joe Biden publicly acknowledged their deaths as direct casualties of the battle to save the Capitol, honoring them as heroes who succumbed to the invisible wounds of that day. [1, 2]
Lets not forget the BLM terrorist attack in Dallas that killed how many officers? That was way worse than anything on J6. Also the leftist firebomb attack on the WH injured more officers and damaged things than the J6 Fedsurection...

How many people have died and will die from Trump’s policies? From his hateful and violent rhetoric? From the violence from the fascist maga party? At least 9/11 brought the country together. Anything Trump is involved in simply brings division. It’s why he’s the worst president in the history of this country, and the dumbest person to ever hold office. No wonder his supporters are all inbred simpletons.
Get your meds. Instead of asking rhetorical questions, why don't you point out all of the deaths that you claim will occur. If you want to consider rhetorical questions, how many people will the communist Democrats kill when they go full stalinist or maoist.

Oh so you skipped everything in my post except the last sentence so you could feel like you somehow won? That was one of the darkest days in our history and the majority of Americans are disgusted with Trump supporters like you who try to whitewash it so you can live with the guilt you have for your undying support. You are the worst of us and you will never get a pass for your obscene loyalty to the worst human being to ever hold office. If this was India, you and those in your caste would be the Untouchables. And you will be when this dark era over. No mercy from decent Americans Scummy - none.

Trump supporters/Traitors to the US have done nothing but dehumanize everyone that doesn’t side with them. They do not deserve common courtesy. They are not to be treated as Americans, as they are not. They are the enemy. They are villains. They are inherently evil monsters here to destroy our country
Says the side that calls everybody a dehumanizing name because they dont agree with everything you like. Still this is just more PROJECTING by your side. Being communist is very ANTI-AMERICAN. McCarthy was right way back when after all.....

Is this your experience with Trump supporters in real life or just on the message board?
I posted a couple years ago steps towards genocide and the left was about to the end of the stages. We are at that door now as you can see. The left always thru their history does this. Ive been warning of this. War cant be avoided now. The left has already said what they plan if they win in 28. Not just leftist like here on the board but politicians have also have stated this. Conservatives need to wake up before we end up like the Jews in Germany. They didnt think their brothers would do that to them either. It happens in every country where the left gains total power. They kill those that oppose their agenda. As you can see even on this board they dont consider us Americans or brothers and sisters. They look at us as the enemy and want us dead. People better wake up soon because time is running out...
