Kawhi isn’t worth nearly as much. One year left and dude never plays. I wouldn’t touch him with a ten foot pole now. Guarantee he was traded to take eyes off the Balmer skirting the Cap stuff too.
Home court doesn’t matter just be healthy for the playoffs I know it’s a stretch but load management the heck out of the season right? Or it could end up as bad as when Malone and Nash were on the lakers.

Miami has zero shooting now. Trading for Gianni was so dumb imho. They could have resigned Powell, kept Herro and Bam, had a bench, and signed a FA. Now they have Giannis and Bam, and lost all their young players and shooting.
That is a haul for Kessler, but he’s good. I’m surprised they finally traded him.

Ya man it’s very interesting with Maxey and edgecomb should be a big step up for them.
If they get a good big man they could win the East soon. A younger big that is, Embiid looked good toward the end of the year but his health is declining and who knows if they can rely on him much longer.

It probably had to happen to make the salaries work. The ways trades and salaries work there has to be an equal moving of money involved. On the surface it’s a bad move, but it was really about picks and salary.
Reportedly Celtics could have landed Gianis with JB going to bucks, if true, very and weird dealings by Stevens
Maxey, Brown and Edgecomb is a hell of a guard trio. If Embiid can just be solid and not hurt then they will be contenders.
They offered him up and Miami choose Herro and their picks over it. Ware is a good player too and he’s young.
Trying to duck that second apron. Is so penalizing you will see teams with multiple stats start to trade them way more often now. It’s why Charlotte bailed on both Bridges and Ball. Didn’t want to play a mediocre team with two almost max players on it.

Knicks lost Robinson, if (I know) if Joel can stay healthy and maybe they don’t even need him but the Sixers look like a lock to the ECF next year
Wade is a 6’9” defensive stopper. He’s relatively cheap, that’s why they signed him. A lot do top teams wanted him so they like his value. He shoots like 37% from 3 so he doesn’t clog the lane.
