Kinda surprised out for season with cartilage repair. I know a little about knee surgery, I had two (major) playing football way back when, never will forget Doctor telling me a would be better than new, I did come back and play, oh the stories of my playing days, LOL.
Literally the day before he had upped his rehab and the word was he was not far from returning. Guess that didn’t go well.
Kind of sounds like he re-injured it during rehab. Which can happen if you try to rehab too quickly.
Westburg also was ruled out for the season a couple of months ago….oddly due to requiring TJ surgery.

Thank goodness there are better alternatives for this than Microfacture surgery that ended Greg Oden’s NBA career before it started.
On the positive side JT Ginn earned his 7th victory last night against the dodgers. His ERA is around 2.50, best pitcher on the A’s. Which is really good considering the team he’s on.
