An AEW PPV should be a bigger deal than a NXT PLE with a roster that I can probably name 4 people from right now. You're taking a Young Bucks victory lap over AEW performing better than Great American Bash on the CW after most of NXT's top talent have moved up.

You are missing the forest for the trees.

WWE does this to try to hurt AEW. It doesn’t work. Time and time again all it’s proven to accomplish is to get less people watching and discussing NXT. And significantly less now that we get tv ratings for their PLEs. They only drew a little over half of what they did last week for the tv taping.

It’s disrespectful to the NXT wrestlers and the staff that works down there to continually throw them to the wolves like this.

Word is he is going to be a player/coach like Shawn Spears is in NXT. Hopefully that means he is an employee - not an independent contractor - and gets benefits.

Poor Terry Funk rolling over in his old timey 1800s cowboy coffin while constantly being compared to wrestlers like Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega. Would be like comparing Mason Rook to Vader.
