Spell crossed a 4-lane highway to get to him. The kid could probably claim self-defense. He then continued to beat him well past the point of defenselessness, then stood up and kicked him. He's going to serve in some way, even if the guy was hurling threats - words are words. And of course you can argue that pastors shouldn't be acting that way in general.

Now, the flip side of this......did the kid deserve it? Guess that remains to be seen. Asss-kickings don't just fall out of the sky, and there's a long history there. The kid did seem to be recording so I'd like to see what was on that phone. A lot of disputes about what was said and what happened between 2020 and now. Truth be known it likely was happening before that because the dude's dad installed cameras in 2020 and the church sued him.

The preacher's actions lead me to believe he's not to be trusted, and that church does some shady shlt. And the neighbors sound like some type of weirdos who freaked out during COVID.

I think it's what azs holes do? Trash doesn't mow the yard. Azs holes mow it before 7 am and pat themselves on the back about not being lazy like their neighbors.

I can't agree with you there. If I'm in my own yard and somebody is charging toward me, I can defend myself. You could argue it was in the ROW of the road, but the kid was retreating away and Spell pursued him. He's going to be guilty of something and the kid won't. It's hard to argue any other way.

Cite the verse where Jesus "whipped the crap out of the moneychangers" and find anywhere in the Bible where there is a definitive time frame. Any objective Biblical scholar, at a minimum, will acknowledge what their opinion is on the return of Christ along with the uncertainty around specifics and validity in other people coming to different conclusions. If you are telling me that this guy nailed the exact timing and nature of the return after completely butchering the reality and the meaning of what happened at the temple, I'm not buying.

You're biased toward the preacher, that's fine. Sounds like he maybe didn't start this whole thing, but he's for sure got some anger built up in his heart and it's clouding his judgment.

Grass is generally too wet from dew at 9 am. I guess you do what you have to do. This year, I hired a Mexican crew and they use a big zero turn. I'm not ecstatic with the quality, but at least I'm not doing it. I've gotten a little less enamored with a nice lawn as I get older.

I bought a house at the end of the street with heavily wooded 1-acre lots. Last summer I pretty much mowed like I always did every 10 days or so. After the leaves all fell last fall I mulched the front. Next day was talking to my neighbor & said I had mulched the front & was going to get the back & side next week. He just looked at me & said that’s fine, but nobody cares. So now I’m mowing the front of highest setting once a month. The back & sides maybe 2-3 times per year. And honestly it looks good.
