Well, a couple days ago actually, but in the spirit of fun bantering, gotta keep the thread titles rolling in lockstep. 😝

Anyhoo, the SCOTUS denied Trump’s pitiful attempt at an appeal over the verdict that he was liable of sexual abuse of E Jean Carroll. Apparently, Trump’s appeal hinged on Trump’s butthurt that a preponderance of evidence to his sexually predatory behavior was presented during the civil suit. 😂

Take the L, Donny, and enjoy paying out over 100 million to Carroll with the added defamation suit. After you let that marinate a bit, shift your focus back to working on common sense, conservative Christian values. Chaps like @PalmettoTiger1 are counting on you!

Dear Sir,

Believe it or not you literary style of writing definitely leaves me ?

You seem to be an intelligent chap so I appreciate you tagging me to debate or point out to me your position on subjects

I also have not seen you using Nazi Hitler Pedophile in reference to Trump

I think I have seen some attempts at poking fun and satirical literary shots at him which I am all on board with if you want to cook and for example fry chicken you have to accept the heat in the kitchen along with some hot oil burns

To be clear about my political position I am supporting Trump generally in most of his policy but not all of his policies

I also find the persecution of Trump abominable and not fair but that started with the Russian Collusion and it seems politicians have no morals or values and will sleep with the devil and witches to get their way

Not unique to Trump but most politicians take that route

Me I am almost to the point of never wanting to discuss politics again as it has gotten so absurd in its whole lives who at the moment

Carry on and enjoy the debate as I am not liking the constant bickering without people trying to find solutions through discussion common sense thinking and compromise

Have a nice day

Dear Sir,

1. My literary style confounds the sharpest of marbles.

2. Brevity is the soul of wit. (I am still working on that one.)

3. You seem like a person of goodwill. If I didn’t like you, I would ignore you.

4. Donald Trump is a crummy leader and an even crummier human being. He is also a sexual predator. Whatever “policies” of his you agree with (or think you agree with), at the end of the day, you are still putting various shades of lipstick on the ugliest of pigs for reasons that defy logic.

5. Internet-ing is serious business. (No, it is not.) Relax. Smile. Enjoy the sardonic triviality of Internet banter. We were indeed a politer, happier society when refraining from discussing politics in public was a societal norm. Unfortunately, that horse is out of the barn. Or, as the late Robert Montgomery Knight put it: “If rape is inevitable, relax and enjoy it.” —Cosigned, Donald John Trump.

Enjoy your day. 😊

I assume the IRS is about to audit Ms. Carroll, or Bill Pulte has already been sifting through any mortgage applications she's ever made.
Donald won't admit defeat. He won't accept that a woman beat him. He'll attempt to destroy her.
Thank goodness Ms. Carroll is pigmentally challenged. I cringe to think how much President Poongrabber would be fuming if she were a WOC.

Maybe we are being told this but his investments are supposed to be in a blind trust so help me out by explaining where this information came from as it is not supposed to be released during his presidential term and afterwards he can release it if he choses to do so
Trump's business assets are not in a blind trust. Trump transferred many of his business assets into a revocable trust. The trust is managed by his children not an independent trustee. Trump remains the beneficial owner of the trust and knows what assets it contains. Because he knows what he owns and can ultimately benefit from those assets it is not considered a blind trust.

They have financial disclosures. It is public.

And he doesn't have anything in a blind trust. It's in a trust handled by his son.

Trump never had a blind trust. He set up a revocable trust that his sons control.

edit: i see everyone else who isn't a dipshit already covered this. Nice work.

Attempt to destroy her again.
But the last time he tried it cost him $80mil.

TRump's lawyers asked her lawyers if they would consent to a delay in payment because, wait fot it.....

They're going to ask the Supreme Court to reconsider their decision to not hear his appeal.

"Ms. Carroll’s lawyers said in their court filing on Tuesday that a lawyer for the president had contacted them on Monday after Mr. Trump posted his comments to ask if Ms. Carroll would agree to a further delay in enforcing the judgment. Mr. Trump, the lawyer said, planned to ask the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision, according to Ms. Carroll’s lawyers."

That's simply not true. A 3rd party, Citygroup, manages the trust. That's a simple fact. The children simply have the authority to hire or fire the 3rd party trustees. Try again. Trump's children do not manage the trust.

How much would you like to wager that Donald Trump, nor his children, have any control over his revocable trust?

No, it is not. Show your proof. Show who manages it. It's a Revocable Trust, managed by Citigroup.
It's an AI Overview, but don't feel like trying to find more. My investment's are managed by someone as well, but I can direct them what to do. As can the trustee here (one DJT Jr):

The Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust (dated April 7, 2014) is an estate-planning entity that administers Donald Trump's extensive business holdings and investments. As the sole beneficiary, Trump continues to indirectly own and profit from these assets, while his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., serves as the sole trustee. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key aspects of the trust include:
  • Asset Management: Instead of a traditional blind trust, Trump placed his sprawling real estate and business empire—including hundreds of holding companies and licensing agreements—under the umbrella of the revocable trust. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Trump Media Transfer: In a major financial move, Trump transferred $4 billion worth of stock (114,750,000 shares, representing a 53% stake in Trump Media & Technology Group) to the trust. Donald Trump Jr. holds sole voting and investment power over these securities. [1, 2]
  • Cryptocurrency: The trust has been highly active in the digital asset space. For example, a significant portion (70%) of DT Marks DEFI LLC, the entity managing Trump's licensing arrangement for his World Liberty Financial crypto venture, is owned by the trust. [1, 2, 3]
  • Control and Profit: Because it is a revocable trust, Trump retains the ability to withdraw from, alter, or take funds from the trust at any time. [1]
