SUPCO upholds States ruling biological males cannot compete against females in sports!
HUGE!!!!
HUGE!!!!
It actually doesn’t do that, I mean it does, but the ruling doesn’t settle the debate. The ruling was just that states enacting the bans don’t violate Title IX.So this not only makes it fair to girls' sports, but removes this canard coming from the Left arguing there's no difference between the sexes, or that a man claiming to be a woman doesn't then make him so!
This re sets the entire transgender narrative and puts these malcontents back in their place as simply unhappy, confused, perverts who can't accept how they were formed in their Mother's womb.
Happy for Women today who want to compete in Sports, without worrying about competing against "chics with dicks".![]()
At worst it allows States like Minnesota to continue such lunacy, at best it will encourage other States to ban it without fear of being sued by some transgender activist. It actually doesn’t do that, I mean it does, but the ruling doesn’t settle the debate. The ruling was just that states enacting the bans don’t violate Title IX.
First of all, we don’t know how many due to there are because in a lot of localities, where it is not frowned upon they will necessarily report it.I'm actually surprised this and the birthright citizenship issues have gotten this much attention. I understand the concept is a big deal but these cases are pretty rare to be gathering this much attention. How many dudes across the country are playing in women's sports? .05%?
Meanwhile, our leaders are robbing us blind into bankruptcy.....
Then tackle that issue. All this ruling does is address this issue for certain sports.First of all, we don’t know how many due to there are because in a lot of localities, where it is not frowned upon they will necessarily report it.
But secondly, over and above the issues of the dudes taking girls spots, is the issue of the people at the top redefining what a man and a woman is and then imposing it on the rest of society. That is the scary part. It’s forcing people to say things that they know aren’t true. That is a long-standing tactic of authoritarian governments.
They got you and you took the bait hook, line and sinker. Those at the top continue to divide us over nonsense so we can't address any real problems or see what is really going on in our government. They have you so wrapped up in the trust the science you don't pay attention to them.BS. People at the top unilaterally REDEFINING biology, or unilaterally redefining anything, and then using all the societal power they can muster to impose that redefinition on everybody else, is always a big deal.
I agree with Neale, however, that doesn't make sexual preference a choice. Why do some dudes like the fatties while other like thin? Others like big T!ts. Some like interracial and others do not. some chicks like facials, others do not. Why? How did those turn-ons come about? There is no single gene responsible for a person being gay or a lesbian. That's the first thing you need to know about the largest genetic. There is no 'gay gene.' There is no 'straight gene.' Sexuality is just complex, study confirms. Homosexuality is a sexual orientation, whereas race refers to socially constructed categories used to group people based on physical traits and ancestry. There is no single gene responsible for a person being gay or a lesbian. Like with many human behaviors, sexuality doesn't have a strong genetic backing.
DNA patterns that had strong correlations, they found that no one gene could account for any more than 1 percent of people's sexuality. The strongest signals came from five random genes.
It's effectively impossible to predict an individual's sexual behavior from their genome.
-- Ben Neale, geneticist at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Broad Institute
Being gay is not a race but a choice.
Letting a gay man play on women's sports team is just another way for LGBTQ to claim the sex you choose is actually a race.
The simple answer is the desires of human perversion. That is a "choice" because it's not part of our natural sexual attractions. Somewhere those fetishes you mentioned were introduced by practitioners (either voluntarily or involuntarily) and the individual choice was made to either accept or reject them. It's like when I introduced my 3 Sons to sports. One liked football, one liked basketball, one preferred baseball.I'm no biologist but I would need to see answers to those questions to be certain it is a choice. I tend to think it is hormone related but what caused that?
I agree this ruling does not address the whole issue but its a good start .Then tackle that issue. All this ruling does is address this issue for certain sports.
This isn't even close to one of our biggest issues. It is a distraction and nothing more.
Not a biologist but you can define a woman.I agree with Neale, however, that doesn't make sexual preference a choice. Why do some dudes like the fatties while other like thin? Others like big T!ts. Some like interracial and others do not. some chicks like facials, others do not. Why? How did those turn-ons come about?

But we are talking about sexual preferences. Not a biologist but you can define a woman.
I agree with what you’re saying, but to be honest, that’s as much or more a problem of the people. They care more about this kind of stuff than they do what can actually fix the country. Mostly, because they’re ignorant of politics. They got you and you took the bait hook, line and sinker. Those at the top continue to divide us over nonsense so we can't address any real problems or see what is really going on in our government. They have you so wrapped up in the trust the science you don't pay attention to them.
For instance, term limits is probably the issue which has the most bi-partisan support from the electorate and would sail through if ever it was ever put to the people to vote on it. That would do more to solve a lot of problems. But transgender issues are more important so we don't have time to even talk about policies like that.
And stop with the science argument. Did you forget fetuses are now called babies in certain contexts? What a waste of time that issue was and it dominated politics for decades and caused all kinds of division.
Good grief.
I understand. Our government does not or should I say democrats do not .But we are talking about sexual preferences.
It's a sad commentary on just how debased as a society we have become to even be arguing if there's a difference between a man and a woman, nevermind struggling to define who or what one is?I understand. Our government does not or should I say democrats do not .
