Thread title is confusing. Most dems don’t want boys playing in girls sports.
"It's not even happening."

"How does it affect you?!"

"It's only a couple of broads who need to step aside for iNcLuSioN."

"Suck it up and get good, ladies. Train harder and quit bitching."

"Congratulations on a race well-run!"

"I was just trying to be kind!"

"I don't really care either way."

"Most of us never even wanted this anyway." <------------ We are here on the timeline.

"We were NEVER in favor of this."

"What? LOL, none of that ever happened."

I think most people are fine with this
I would agree with these. I'm further left than most on this board and I don't care for Trans folks in Women's sports. Furthermore, I'm fine with Trump being able to fire the heads of the executive run federal agencies. I do think it's VERY STUPID, but it's his show.

I have no issue with keeping trans women out of womens' sports. It simply isn't an issue, despite MAGA efforts to try and make it one. This legislation affects virtually no one.

I disagree with you on the virtual overruling of the Humphreys' Executor opinion. .There are several agencies (the NLRB, the FTC, and the SEC are three of which I am aware) that were designed by Congress to operate as "independent agencies." Giving the President (whatever political party he may represent) the power to fire the heads of such agencies at will, and without cause, directly undermines that independence. I would say it eviscerates it. My guess is that this Supreme Court ruling ultimately gets reversed via legislative action precluding presidential dismissal of these agency heads without cause.

@alaskanseminole
@hawkeyetraveler

What do you well-reasoned gentlemen think about these absoluteGIRLS/WOMEN being banned from female sports?

We already know what "Never ran a lap nor hit a layup" Fat @Torbee believes.
What do I think about biological men competing in women's athletics? Well, I've stated my opinion on that matter more than a dozen times between the various boards, so I think you should answer it for me since you apparently know all of my beliefs.

Then those aren't true executive agencies, correct? Congress should clear that up as you say, with legislative action. And don't get me wrong, I think a POTUS firing all the heads of agencies for political views is VERY stupid.
