I'd be in favor of scrapping all current authorizations for these programs, and reauthorizing funding only AFTER a full comprehensive audit of spending is conducted and all appropriations are justified with fully traceable records.
So much of what we're spending now simply goes into a giant Democrat created "black hole" where it gets sucked up and virtually disappears!
It's our money, and we deserve to know where every dollar goes!

I don't think CA or MN should receive a dime of federal money until they have accounted for all federal funds received since Covid.
Same goes for any other state where rampant government fraud has been discovered.

Exactly! I'd argue most of the spending is fraud, which is why we need certified audits and comprehensive reviews of all current appropriations with justified expenditures we can fully authenticate. If we can't find out what's happened to the money we know was disbursed but can't trace, cancel it!
