I'm still waiting for Texas A&M to make their 1st trip to Kroger Field. Ridiculous it's been 14 years and still haven't played them at home.
With a second trip for us to A&M happening first…

Don’t really care that much anymore. Mitch has killed the program . They gotta win fans back. Plenty of casual fans don’t spend a dime. Me, donations, tickets, travel, parking goes well into 5 figures. I’m done till I see change. I’ll be a casual fan. I’m sure donations and tickets sales are down. They ARE probably concerned. It’s the reason Mitch is gone. He wanted 3 more years by his own admission. When they forced him out Eli tried to get that for him. Then that was stopped. Mitch being gone says it did. Show them, as you so sarcastically put it.
I’m sure some six and seven figure fans felt the same way.
Anyone that made the a&m trip last time knows how much fun that is, but the heat is insane and its a tough drive out of there back to anywhere with decent amount of hotels.
Norman looks a little better but probably less fun. Same problem but shorter drive back to hotels. No way the people are as nice as college station.

I'm going to Texas AM for the UK game followed by FC Cincinnati vs Houston Dynamo then the Bengals at Texans the next day. Perfect storm.
Maybe. My weekends fill up pretty quickly, and also, started a new job earlier this year.
A&M is on my list…I’ve always admired OU going way back to Billy Sims, Jamielle Holloway, the Boz. I guess I’m a sucker for “firsts.” Went back to Lex for the first home SEC game against the Longhorns.

In Tennessee, " calling the hogs" is how you get a date on Saturday night.
College Station is my favorite visiting destination to date. Could the free breakfast tacos had something to do with it? Maybe. lol. But the folks there were great.
My least favorite- Memorial Gymnasium/Vanderbilt.

I’m not sure if they were actually “breakfast” tacos. But they had egg in them and were free and I had two. Lol
Anyway, this was at A&M(basketball) in 2015 during the almost undefeated year. Cats won in overtime. Incredible hospitality.
Well, I probably should go, I only live about an hour away from Norman. Been there a few times over the years for free. People I know who have season tickets have given them to me in the past when they could not make it. But I have not gone for a while now. Being it is UK; I am sure there will be some who will not go since it is not a rivalry. Good time to get a free ticket.
