Yeah Grant is still a viable player and a good veteran to have with this young team. He’s on the back end of his career and has a bigger contract than what he’s worth but it’s not ridiculous either.I just mentioned the same in a group chat. I didn't think that there was going to be a path out of this that didn't include draft picks or young players on rookie deals, so this is a nice surprise. I also agree with Parrish in that the Grizzles simply could not reward this clown with a trade to somewhere desirable like Miami. Portland is a good compromise and while Grant's contract isn't ideal, it's also not a complete albatross
