It’s a small matter and would not change my opinion on whether or not you throw the bank at Mullen, but I would wonder (if the pork palace threw the bank at Mullen) whether KT would hold up physically under Mullen’s scheme. Maybe he would.we throw the bank at Mullen to come back and coach KT.
I'm imagining 2015 Dak Prescott under Mullen for KT. With a much more dynamic runner but less pounding.
I think it's more figuring out what Mullen could have done with Cam Newton. Or somewhere in between Ralph, Fitz and him. Cam was a notch bigger and more accurate than KT, at least as a recruit/freshman. But fair to say would be one of Mullen's best QB in terms of potential.
Yes, and he got plenty of pounding.
I wouldn't mind giving Mullen another go, assuming he'd promise to not be job shopping all the time. He pretty much hit his peak at Florida, then came back down to Earth and more when he wound up at UNLV. Las Vegas is a nice area to live in but that's about all they have going for them, in my opinion. He's worth at least 3 times what Lebby is. *

The best thing about Dan was his play-calling was tailored around his personnel, for the most part. The Relf offense was different than Dak's offense which was different than Nick's. He could cook up some serious **** with K1.
