Mike voted for this but is against it. Rill is worried about water, but couldn’t vote for this. Last I checked millions of illegals, etc consume a lot of water.

But hey, Kamala would have let in tens of millions more.

A LARP session without Semi-elite, you feeling ok?

Meh, Stoney loves to live life in the race baiting, offended lane as opposed to talking about the problem. People like him are not problem solvers, they are more into guilting those that do. It seems to be a weird space to wallow in, but it is their shtick. So, people like you have to waste time defending reality. So strange.
Government spending huge sums of money has always resulted in fraud. Always being investigated and typically prosecuted and punished. These clowns like Kash are doing nothing out of the ordinary except playing for publicity. He and Trump team act like they uncovered fraud in Minnesota when most of it had been prosecuted before they acted like they uncovered it. Largest fraud in Florida occurred under RDS with unemployment comp. He sent tens of billions of dollars to Africa due to undetected fraud. Trump is a master of distraction.

Crazy to think about the lack of water, right?

Kash was making a point, why else slap a large picture and label it Somalia? I don't know how Trump Administration has succeeded in using "fraud" as a distraction, when a sizable donation to the Trump family gets you a Pardon. People have short memory and selective focus.
Hey dumbass, it’s because there is a MASSIVE Somali fraud ring in this country. And it’s orchestrated by dem pols. You know this and are trying to deflect by crying racism. My goodness you’re a disaster.

Chateau de Purdon built in late 1700's in rural France used fire resistance at the structures.

Slate roofs, no asphalt, no oil based shingles.

Run off from rain or melted snow ran off roof. Flowed onto small rectangular stones laid on a flow angle to direct the rain into stone culverts and then huge water storage cisterns for use in hot weather patterns or fire.

Take a vacation to Bermuda. Almost all single family homes have rain water collection systems that include cisterns for residential water use.

It ain't rocket science !

Bermuda gets close to 60” of rain per year. Rain collection systems aren’t real useful in areas that don’t get rain.

Phoenix is at just over 1” so far this year.

Caveman level thinking going on here BW. Different parts of the world have different limitations. I was hoping you were at Water 101 level thinking. But I’m worried you are at CTE grade level.

Not only is it mostly terrible basketball, but the WNBA rejects fairness. I am glad I have never wasted a minute watching their product.
They’ve really killed the golden goose. They just can’t have a highly skilled white woman leading the league, despite the crowds growing because of it. Truly the WNBA promotes racism at its core instead of promoting womens basketball.

The Storm is Coming!!!!
It’s a conundrum. On one hand it’s easy to guess Republicans lose seats in the midterms. Why? That’s pretty standard the sitting President’s party loses seats. Normal politics isn’t a storm. OTOH, we have the Democrats inciting violence, riots and radicalism to remain in power and the Dem leadership is now shocked that the DSA commies in their party can’t be controlled and are eating the rest of the Party. Midterms will be interesting for sure.

DUH!!! Please give examples of the violence, riots and radicalism to which you refer? How many commies were elected that are eating the rest of the party? Was it 3 or 4? What a tsunami! LOL 🤡

A subsidized product is an unwanted and undesirable product.

These Illinois fan sites all dutifully report on Illinois Women’s basketball which frankly no one cares about. People only subscribe to these sites for insight on MBB and football. Take that away and the business model is nothing but an electric car without subsidies.

The men’s World Cup just expanded from 32 teams to 48 teams and for the most part, the new teams were fairly competitive and worthy.

there might be about 16 competitive women’s teams in the whole world. Expansion there would be stupid.

I don't like watching the WNBA because it is dominated by large women wrestling and frequently throwing wild elbows or worse. The cheap shots on Caitlyn Clark are well documented but for some reason the WNBA wants a "physical" game. The male head coach of the Phoenix Mercury just made an impassioned statement that it was totally unfair for the league to suspend his player that just punched Caitlyn Clark in the throat. He has to do this as head coach except what he said is bullcrap and he knows it. All the Phoenix teammates backed the coach and the player's "physical play".

And the WNBA wants young girls to watch this?

Step 1 - oh c’mon, Democrats won’t nominate and elect communists

Step 2 - oh, you are scared of 3 or 4 communists?

Step 3 - is communism even a bad thing, it might work out better than MAGA

Trying to figure out, are you Moe, Larry or Curly? When one of your circle jerk agree with me, I start to get concerned.
Don’t be concerned, you are so off the rails lunatic left that I will rarely agree with you. It is most surprising that you don’t care that full fledged commie leftists are taking over your party to such an extent that Lefty Bill Maher may even vote for an R.

But when you are correct I will agree. The government spending huge sums of money the way they do will result in massive fraud. Lots of scammers out there and the Somalis are pros at scamming their partners and Democrat friends

Notwithstanding that yes, these sites’ bread and butter is reporting in Football and Mens basketball, Softball is growing rapidly. The WCWS actually averaged 1.3 mil viewers vs the MCWS at 1.2 mil viewers. I can’t speak for Omaha, but Oklahoma City was packed even without OU being in the ship. I am happy these sites are starting to cover other sports. Hell, Purdue has season ticket holders for softball. I am also interested in the womens basketball team. We got AJ Guyton’s daughter! Frankly, Green is a winner. Jenna Hall will win at softball. That leaves womens volleyball. We will see what happens with that program.

Anyone of you that believes that Socialism is the same as Communism is embarrassingly ignorant. Anyone of you that equates a Social Democrat or Democratic Socialist with a Communist is not informed or knowledgeable enough to hold a conversation on politics. I take it that you are merely repeating the ignoramous Trump.

I live in a low rain area, but all of my neighbors that have built these systems have used 40k gallon tanks. They stay full most of the year with little problem.

Low as in Phoenix low? Like 1” so far this year low? That is not filling up a 40k gallon tank.

Where do you live? Texas, if I remember correctly. What part?

Legalized gambling has helped increase viewership in the other sports.

WBB is a huge money loser for the U of I. WVB was always break even or profitable until they hung on to Tamas too long.

These sites try to push WBB like we actually care. Frankly, I would trade 100 women’s titles for 1 MBB or FB title.

I do like many of the non revenue sports a lot. I never did attend a cross country meet to see the truly elite athletes on campus. Craig V was well before my time.

Longer video on Clark. Adam Silver is no David Stern. NBA subsidizes this nonsense. The WNBA GM’s would not choose Clark, if they were starting a franchise. This is an all-out effort to kill the golden goose. The other guard is better? LOL. The other guard isn’t getting stomped on and gets fouls called. Yes. That’s on Silver and those in charge of the actual league to force the refs to call fouls for Clark when she gets hammered routinely. As the video says, they are already beginning to lose casual fans Clark brought with her. These equality morons thinking they deserved bigger paychecks despite the league losing money are a big part of the issue. Clark is the best player and it isn’t close. They even tried to manuafacture a ROY race between her and Reese who can’t even hit a layup with consistency. A significant portion of Angel’s rebound numbers were from her own missed shots. The League, the women, the GM’s all are squandering the best opportunity to grow the game and actually turn a profit at some point.

Wait. You never saw a XC event at Illinois? What a miss! Almost as exciting as watching grown men flop for 90 minutes in a 0-0 tie heading into OT.
