Well said.The items you should never go cheap on are the things that come between you and the ground. Beds, shoes and tires to name a few.
that's true, but don't wait until you're retired to begin worrying about health. There are enough bad things your body can create on it's own....but some form of physical fitness is really necessary. I live in an over 55 community (old people are a pain in the butt) and you'd be amazed at the number of people who can't get out of a chair with some form of help...no core strength at all...Your health should be your first priority.
