Well done Darren.

Not to undercut his intention and service here, but I am truly curious why it takes his entire NIL to run a camp he is volunteering at?

Don't know how reliable this is, but should give you an idea

The camp isn't the only thing he uses his NIL money for

His community-driven initiatives include:
  • The "Leg3ndary Experiences": Funding and organizing free basketball camps for local youth.
  • School Drives: Hosting back-to-school events to distribute backpacks, school supplies, and provide free haircuts and nail services to kids. [1]
  • Holiday Support: Helping his family distribute home-cooked Thanksgiving meals at D.C. homeless shelters and fulfilling holiday wish lists for local families in need

Wow. What a good kid. Truly awesome.

Hey Green - if your still lurking around, you officially have an excuse to come out of retirement… Calling all absentee fans who have dropped off the map due to disgust with the NIL era. Come on back if only for one season to root for Darren…

This is almost too nice. I would tell him to wait a while, until your mid 30's when you know how things are working out for your career, before giving this kind of money to charity.
