AJ going to be wrestling for State Penn.

Funny, when I was at Penn State, I had a dorm buddy whose friend had a Dad worked for Champion. One time the dorm buddy got us demonstrator blank "practice" jerseys. I went downtown, I think to McClanahan's but maybe it was the sporting good store there, had "State Penn" "44" on the jersey. Got a few laughs wearing it at a couple football games.

For some people, it takes serious consequences to knock some sense into them. For some people, nothing will knock sense into them. With prior arrests, AJ isn't going to escape consequences this time. We'll see if he actually learns or if there really is a clanging monkey in his head. 🤷

Hopefully its the former because he's eventually going to get someone else killed if its the latter.
Despite Mannings BS
during the season claiming AJ “took care” of his problems in Texas, all he did was agree to show up in court in Texas and post bail. He still has TWO pending felony charges in Texas for two separate very similar incidents. I would suspect they may revoke his bail in Texas. I would also think any rumored favororable plea deal is off the table. At least it should be. This kid needs some jail time. Give him probation and a car…he will kill someone.

Saw an article that said it was in the morning but the one you posted said pm. Either way he wasn't caught immediately he got away. Maybe he will become a distance runner now🤷
PM of a Friday nght seems to make evading a DUI a more likely cause for fleeing. And if UI, that would contribute negatively to an already poor baseline level of judgment.

This door cam is in military time, and corroborates the PM.

I did see a "report" that called him Adrian Ferrari with a graphic that said 930AM.

I said "if" it's determined he did this he should lose his license for awhile and needs driver safety classes. And growing up will definitely help. He's obviously an adrenaline junky and needs to find a track to go fast on
Does he have a license? Anyone know.

So in all seriousness, he has an open third degree felony case for evading arrest, correct? I feel like we have a couple lawyers on this board who can explain the implications for a new eluding case, albeit in a new state?

His legs may have been tight from deadlifts and he just ran home 🤷 if it was actually him. This all happened Friday morning and he was arrested until Saturday. So he wasn't caught by police. AJ 3 police 1 as far as being caught in the act
Says 9:30pm Friday in the article I read.

John Smith would have him down to Anthony’s weight. 149 seems like a good weight for cross country.

I am not a lawyer.

Both cases tried independently by TX and NE.

Sentencing can be coordinated. First arrest would have primary jurisdiction. Looking at the charges, the fact that second case can be considered a repeat offense (assuming guilty) has ramifications.

I think he is looking at ~1 year (minimum) in jail and ~$10,000 (minimum) of fines, then upwards of a 2-year probation with a suspended license, where sentences from both cases (all charges) would be served concurrently.

I expect AJ's attorneys to push for both cases to have plea deals that were informally coordinated between the states.

AJ 3 Police 1?? Not true. Like every AJ match.....it went into overtime tied 1-1 and the Law Won.
He was arrested but he wasn't caught?? Tough to do.

Joined a few years back, mainly to rail at AJ’s comeback (reckless, arrogant driving is a heartfelt trigger), mostly on Iowa’s site. Over time, I softened and fell for the “second/third chance” crap, satisfied enough by the infant’s mat losses. After this (120mph in residential!!), I’m back to hatin’, even hoping the punishment includes prison and an abused anus and mouth. To me, that speed on that street is attempted murder. Why? Because no twitch is fast enough to stop that tonnage of metal from killing a pedestrian or kid on a bike. And a driver—no matter how f-ing arrogant—knows it when climbing to that speed. Joking at his idiocy is fine and funny, but, just like that woman on that Oklahoma highway, A-hole-J’s own, pre-meditated action could've killed someone, which ain’t funny at all. Barred for life from driving needs to be the minimum consequence for this degenerate.

Cops deferred choice (ending pursuit). In the second period (offense), AJ chose bottom and escaped with no further scoring. Cops chose neutral in the third period, got the late takedown, and rode out the period. Cops 3-1 over AJ.
They threw a challenge brick by sending up the drone . I guess we don't agree 🤷

Having lost the first round to the Texas state troopers, and now the next round to the Nebraska police, that means he is out of the tournament.

ChatGPT tells me his odds of getting out of the Texas charges without jail time are only 30-40%. Says his biggest risk at the moment is that they revoke his bond in Texas given his new arrest. It’s more likely than not that this ends him back in a Texas jail. After that he has to navigate the Nebraska situation. Apparently the fact that he is out on bond in Texas, then did the exact same thing in Nebraska, tends not to sit well with prosecutors or judges.

First, thank God no one got hurt or killed. This kid has some serious problems.

That said, has anyone considered the possibility that his father taped a bag of Lucky Charms to the bottom of his car, called the cops on him and told him that he had cocaine taped to the bottom of the car?
or
Perhaps his father put a live cougar in the passenger seat.

I find it interesting that Mineo hasn't run to his defense yet. He has always been a big Ferrari supporter.

You summarized this like an attorney. Not a good one, but good enough.
