You can get some cheap tickets to these middle of the road bands. Iroquois Amphitheater has $30 tickets for a lot of the shows. Chicago is playing the Palace Wednesday night and Ticketmaster has a 2 for 1 deal on them so you can get in the door for about $20.

I'd go see Chicago if they were playing Kath era stuff only. Not interested in the Cetera led nonsense. I'm not old, but my parents listened to them. They rocked for a little while before they went soft.

I am surprised blue dot fever took this long. Prices are insane going on years now. I do pretty well (not paddock rich) but I don't have a clue how or why people were paying several hundreds per seat in the rafters.

Going to be a giant correction in many industries with student loan payments starting back in July.

Yeah, they were better when they were closer to Earth Wind and Fire than the Commodores that they became.

Yep. I've gone back and watched a lot of concert footage on YouTube of them when Terry was still kicking. They rocked. I'm a musician, so they definitely appeal to me. But the 80s soft rock garbage they evolved into.....horrendous.

Chicago's greatest hits was one of the few cassettes my dad had in the 90s when I was a kid I felt compelled to borrow.
