I think people are making more of this than there really is. He wanted to be a weekend starter & found a good program that will let him do that.

There wasn't a pitcher on the roster to get as many opportunities as Foster after repeatedly failing to get through 2-3 innings. When he left, I wished him best of luck, but now... 17 that guy.

Driving back from Stark this week; I stumbled upon some rebel talk show on 101.9. They were interviewing Foster. The hosts made some backhanded comments about State to pry Foster into a comment. But Foster didn't take their bait. He took the high road. So this is nothing click journalism/reb propaganda.
